Fix Auto did beautiful collision repair on our Honda Fit. They communicated updates via telephone or the Carwise app to keep us informed on job repair status. Chris and Lisa were efficient, friendly and professional and made sure we understood what was needed from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great repair shop. Service writer said it would take a week to fix and it took a week to fix. Loved the update text messages on the status of the repair. Great surprise that they detailed the inside of my car, even though the work was front bumper work.

I took my Mini Cooper to Fix Auto to repair scratches to my rear bumper and side quarter panel. Customer Service was excellent, as was communication throughout the process. Repair was done on schedule and I was completely satisfied with the results.

A great experience with Fix Auto for such a bummer event as a car accident. Lisa, Jamie and others were very professional and explained the process and costs clearly, and are super nice people! And the body shop technicians did a fantastic job. The 10-year-old car looks like new!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!! They are rude and also very unprofessional. No one here is on the same accord. They lie and make it seem like your the problem when they are RUDE!!!!! They lie about the time they are keeping your car and when you ask them about it they will give you complete hell. The managers are rude and they supposedly don’t have a HR department which I find that hard to believe. I will be reporting them to the BBB this is unacceptable. I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE .

Great customer service!!! Fix Auto bodyshop was very informative, either by phone call or text. They thoroughly kept me in the loop when parts arrived and when parts would be assembled. My car looked Amazing! Yes! Highly Recommended and greatly appreciated!

Had an accident recently and this shop was recommended by our insurance company. Although my car ended up being totaled, Lisa who we worked with was very professional, very responsive, friendly and helped us through the process!!! Thank you Lisa!! I would definitely use them again but I hope I never will have to!!

My car was damaged by hail a couple weeks ago and my insurance company suggested Fix Auto and I so glad they did. They were professional, friendly and fast. They had my car for only 4 days and I had so much damage but it looks brand new. They took the time to explain all they had worked on and answered all questions that I had with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone. Side note: Lisa in the office made me believe in customer service again. Kudos to her too.
