Our car was in pretty rough shape after getting in an accident and Fix Auto did an amazing job making it as good as new! They were friendly, gave updates throughout the process and handled our insurance process well. I’d definitely recommend them!

Great experience overall working with this shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very accommodating of my schedule, kept me up to date on the progress of the repair, and my came back good as new! Hope to never have my car repaired again, but if I did, I would definitely come back here.

I contacted them I left cash in my car. Glad they called me back quickly that they found my cash. All body shop staff are professional, efficient, and quick to respond. The job was done quickly. They communicate well. They even cleaned my car inside and outside. Well done job! I was referred by my insurance company. I highly recommend it.

This is the best auto repair shop I ever seen even better than the dealer repair shop. They are all very professional. I got a text everyday to tell me the progress. I would give them 6 stars if there is 6 stars.

Great job (as usual) on my Mazda 3. Super efficient with the Estimate, coordination with State Farm and enterprise car rental. Friendly office staff make a pain in the butt experience as smooth as possible. Thank you Fix auto! My car looks great

Great job fixing our Audi. Looked like new. Loved that the status of repairs was texted frequently (daily). People were wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend them. We were at Fix Auto on Divisadero.

Unfortunately - as a customer, I can say I have auto body repair experience and here, I easily and happily write truthfully nice things about Fix Auto. I have known Fix since it was LoFrano & Sons and that goes back decades! always on time, always good work and VERY a organized way of communicating. when and if that day comes again when I need them- I'm without question going back to this Divisadero shop. they rock. My dog thinks so too.

Having to go without a car sucks. My car was backed into and the front end crushed. The team at Lofrano on Divis made navigated insurance and getting my car back to normal a real pleasure.

Fix Auto really helped me out this month after a minor accident. They were incredibly responsive (call-backs within minutes), provided an estimate within 40 minutes in the shop, and fixed my car up just like new. Plus they were friendly and conveniently located. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, friendly auto repair!

I had insurance pay for the repairs, so I can't comment on the cost, but in terms of service they were very helpful, responsive, and communicative, and the work they did seems good.

This review is only for the customer service we received today from the estimate department at fixauto. The lady was arrogant and acted hostile. She promised to email quote however I didn’t even expect her to come through hence her obviously poor work ethic, so glad she didn’t as I contacted the other shop to avoid any further interaction. Received excellent customer service from Aliotos. Cheers.
