Fix Auto is Absolutely Amazing! It’s the Best service I have ever received from a car shop. They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to make sure your car is fixed to perfection. I’m definitely a happy customer and would highly recommend to anyone in need of car repairs!

My insurance sent me to Fix Auto DTLA for car repairs. I was broadsided on the entire left hand side of my car, which I've had for 3 years. Not only was my car repaired ahead of time, but it looks like the day I drove it off the dealer lot.

Fix Auto Downtown Los Angeles did a fantastic job for me when my car was vandalized. Someone tried to break into my 2022 Subaru Ascent, and they shattered the windshield and both passenger windows, in addition to leaving the front and side of the vehicle covered in dents and scratches. When the Fix Auto team was doing their walk around, they caught problems that I didn’t even realize existed. Soraya, Mario and the rest of the team also went out of their way to make sure I got authentic OEM parts. I had called at least 10 other stores before choosing this one to make sure I could get OEM parts, and Soraya, the shop owner at Fix, was the first person who didn’t tell me “no” — or even laugh at me — when I asked. When I picked my vehicle up, everything looked brand new. When I discovered the seal around the windshield was loose a couple days later, they told me to come back in and repaired it at no additional cost. They gave me the peace of mind we’re all looking for when it comes to major expenses like vehicle repairs. They even left us a nice note thanking us for choosing their family-owned business over a corporate store! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs car repairs and appreciates attention to detail.

After searching all day for someone who could help me with a sliding door issue in a Ford Transit I finally found one!! I was told I needed to replace a door and I was looking for a temporary fix. No one would do it anywhere else— everyone at the shop was amazing, they finished the job in 15 minutes and didn’t even charge me.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place - Alberto is awesome! They did a great job handling my insurance claim in less than 2 weeks and it was A+ quality service. They even did me some favors and helped fix a few extra things on my car. I started going here awhile back when I got a few quotes in my area and Fix Auto was the only reasonable estimate I got. Thanks again :)

THIS SHOP WILL DAMGE YOUR VEHICLE EVEN MORE. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My vehicle was in this shop for over 5 months, they kept pushing my due date to a different date. The customer service is the worst, they do not go above and beyond for the customer. Worst of the worst. Mario guy and Alberto guy have no knowledge in body work whatsoever. I took my vehicle to them multiple times and Mario had the audacity to print out a step by step guide so I can give them a good review and asked me to not check on the box that said “”AFTER THE REPAIR, was it necessary to return your vehicle for re-work?”

These guys are absolutely 5/5. Brought in my Kia Optima after getting into an accident. When I called they let me know I could drop the vehicle at anytime, no appointment needed. Once my car was dropped off I had an update with an estimated repair date within 48 hours. Not only did they keep me up to date almost DAILY via text but my car was even done 1 day early. My car was so clean and it was like the accident never happened (they even cleaned my TIRES which were literally black because I never wash my car). It also took less than 2 weeks for repairs. Thank you Mario you were soooo amazing and your customer service is top tier!

Very pleased with the service here. They were prompt with repairs and ordering parts as well as updating me every step of the way. Excellent customer service! They painted my car so well I almost wanted them to paint the whole car! It looks brand new!

DO NOT COME HERE, THEY BREAK INTO YOUR CAR. I came to this shop to get an estimate for my insurance. While we were speaking in the office, he was viewing papers that looked familiar to me and when I asked him if they were mine, he confirmed that they were. I then realized that while he was supposed to be taking pictures of the damage on the OUTSIDE of my car, he was actually looking through the inside of my car WITHOUT MY CONSENT or KNOWLEDGE and took papers out of it and into his office! He not only opened and looked through my car, but took papers from it. He took my personal property, and when I questioned him about where he obtained my papers, he lied and evaded the question and changed the subject. This is completely unprofessional, unethical, deceitful and dishonest. It’s an invasion of my privacy; how am I supposed to feel comfortable leaving my car here when they’re doing things like this while I’m standing a few feet away. I was so shocked at his behavior and lack of remorse that I was unable to ask for his name. I just wanted to remove myself from this awful situation; I then called the insurance and informed them of this and was referred to another shop. PLEASE BEWARE.

Such a great experience from start to finish! A breeze to bring in, very kind people working there. I had some cosmetic work done on my car (her name is Ethel) from an accident back in March. Ethel looks fantastic. When I received the car back, my car was driving funky and I was concerned because I hadn’t turned it in like that, so I took it back and they took time out of their day to look into what the problem was. I appreciated them trying to figure out the issue. Special thanks to Alberto and Carlos!

They were professional, thorough and easy to communicate with. I looked at other auto body shops in LA and they did not communicate well and they were difficult to deal with the insurance but this place was great. They also fixed everything within the time they said, which was great.

My bmw e90 was rear ended, and I chose to bring it to fixauto cause the website and business looked legit. Brought it my ride spoke with Carlos who seemed very helpful and knowledgeable about fixing it and even told me the work could be done in 1-2 days. So I left my car contacted my insurance get paper work start for service repair claim. I did not get any calls from this guy or their business for a week so I decided to call. Carlos stated that they had started working on it and it would be done in a couple more days. Again no calls after a few days I called and Carlos told me car was ready to come pick it up. When I show up the car had additional dings and dents all around it. And the rear bumper was not properly sanded and did not look shinny as it should have looked if done at professional shop. I told him the issues the guy tried to say car was already like that. I told him your guy checked it for damage and he went and looked at paper work and notice there was no markings showing car was dropped off with those dents and dings. Carlos then stated he would get it fixed for me and it would be ready in a couple days. After another five days and no calls I called and was told it was ready. I picked up my car and no more dents, but after I went to wash it the paint was pealing from bumper. I was really upset and disappointed.. so I took it back and then after leaving it there again for a few days they finally called me to pick it up. The car bumper paint was fixed and the finish still did not look professionally done. I just gave up on this shop and got it detailed somewhere else. I had a horrible experience and never again would I take my car to fixauto. I would not recommend anyone take their car here. Carlos is a two face scam artist someone who will say nice things to get your business and once they have it their true side comes out.. bad customer service, unprofessional, and garbage body shop. Take your car elsewhere.

Worst experience of my life. They damaged my car with chemicals and got a $485 ticket on my car!!!! I had initially checked the reviews to find the right service for me and thought it would be a great place to go and get my vehicle fixed after a minor fender bender. I brought my car in and 3 days later a worker took my vehicle for a test drive to begin working on my car even though, it took 3 days to finally test drive it I still gave them the benefit of a doubt that it was in good hands. My car was in this shop for about 2 weeks and right before picking up my car from the shop I received a $485 dollar ticket for violating a red light. A worker from Fix Auto failed to stop on a red light. When I picked up my car and seek the identification of the driver so that he may be held responsible, Fix Auto tells me that their drivers are undocumented and have no California Drivers License available nor did they want to give me further information of his full name and address to fix the situation. Fix Auto thought it would simply go away because the red light camera laws have changed they said". Which is not true at all. I have been going back and forth trying to fix this $400+ ticket off of my name and it has been very difficult. I am now waiting for a court appearance to speak to a judge. Now you would think that's the least of my troubles but no as the date that I had picked up my vehicle I tried to remain calm and not lose it because of the ticket. I come to find that my car had been cleaned which was great that was one less job for me to do and thought everything will be fine. However, it wasn't it appears that whatever chemical they used to clean my car besides it being a 50% job not 100% perfect my brand new vehicles dashboard was left with water or chemical spots that would not come out at all. I tried windex, alchohol, olive oil, anything to get those spots off my dashboard, for the next few days I had tried to do all that I can to remove those sports that fully covered my dashboard. It only aggravated me. So, I called them up for them to fix the issue they transferred me to the person that cleans the cars I don't know why but the man said they would take a look at it and that if I take it to them I would have to arrange my transportation due to the fact that my vehicle might have to stay if they decide to just change my dashboard. Now, at this point I don't want my car to stay here I can't trust my car being here and now my dashboard looks blurry and I am also being charged nearly $500 bucks for something I did not cause. Now, I have to waste time, miles, and cash to fix this whole mess. This is the WORST PLACE EVER!!! They don't like to take accountability and it's a waste of time. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better shop to do business.
