My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems. Josh -you are the best.

Had to go back to get them to install the mirror properly. A time kill. The time before this I had to go back because they forgot to install a wire an the rear window defroster didn’t work. Time before that the left off a bolt on my rear bumper. They don’t seem to care.

The staff was very professional..sending an update the second day to inform me of the progress on the car. Very good paint job...good sanitation during the Pandemic..Thanks I returned again in 2023 for more painting. Everything was perfect. Great staff ! Thank you. I returned in 2024 for more painting. Everything was perfect. A month before I brought in my car, I misplaced my driver's license and a debit card. I looked everywhere in my house to no avail. Incredibly easy process. Everyone was very clear and communicative for the quote, drop off, during the repair, and for pickup. The repair was done through insurance so I didn’t have to do much. I also got a quote for a paint less dent removal, which required little on my end and the result was flawless. Would recommend and go back.

This is handsdown the best place to go. If you need your car worked on in the city! They are honest hard-working super communicative and just overall really lovely people! Getting your car broken into or hit is never a fun experience however this shop has been a great job looking after both my boyfriend and I when we had incidents with our vehicles. They even fully managed the communication with insurance and make the paperwork as painless as possible. I never thought I would be here Writing a novel reviewing an auto shop but that is how good the experience was!

Super professional! Did the estimate, got me scheduled and had the car was ready when they said it would be. The work they did is perfect and the car looks new again! Every employee was super kind to me and efficient in their work. Would totally come here again, but hope that I don’t have to!
