After an accident, my insurance sent me here. I was not sure if I would be satisfied with how my car would look. It was like 2 weeks in their shop. I don’t remember exactly, but the results are excellent. I hope never to return here again because that would mean another car accident, and I’m not trying to be without my car again. But I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I like how my car looked new again; they cleaned it so well, and it was filthy. Thank you so much, Auto Fix Shop, for fixing my car. It looks like new, and my kids were happy, too. Oh yeah, and the customer service was very excellent. Thanks again.

I fixed my Honda pilot and I had an excellent experience bringing my car here. The were friendly and kept me updated on my vehicle's progress, and did such incredible work They started working on my car immediately, Additionally, they also helped me out with my rental vehicle. Very professional! I highly recommend.

DJ was great! Im sure i bugged him way too much but he was nice and patient with me. Repairs came out great too! Car looks newer than when i bought it.

Best service ever! The team at Fix Auto Koreatown were super kind and helpful. They even tried to save me money by suggesting I can do the simple fix myself when they didn’t know I didn’t have to pay anything through my insurance. I really appreciated that. They also delivered my car to me and it was sparkling clean with shiny tires too! I feel like I could totally hang out with these guys. They were so nice a chill vibe.

My car, while parked, was on the receiving end of a hit and run. Not the most fun thing to have happen. So I really appreciate how the Fix Auto crew, DJ particularly, worked hard and fast to take care of everything so I could get my car back and get on the road. Great “roadside” manner from the crew and my car is running fantastically. 11/10

Don’t recommend this place. They stole my car carpet from my trunk, some personal items and small amount of cash that I left in my car. Also keep postponing the time my car would be ready.

They took 100days to replaced a seat belt and member of ABRS. I delivered My vehicle to Fix Auto on 5/15/2023, and they confirmed vehicle out time is 6/3/2022. But after 6/3/22, they delayed again until 8/31/2022 and never actively updated the situation to us until we call them and push them. They said the delay was caused by poor supply chain. But My question are : Didn’t they check their parts Situation before they confirmed us vehicle out time ? Why they not ask for support from other shop in Fix Auto group since they are a global company? Although they waive $500 as compensation to us finally, it totally can’t cover our lost and inconvenience because of this ridiculous delay!

This is a really bad repair place

We took our RV here to resolve some delamination as well as fresh paint. They gave us an estimate of about 21K and about two months to complete. We just got it back ... Completion time 20 months. In addition to the extensive time our coach suffered damages as well as theft while at this shop. Although the shop did replace most of our damaged and stolen parts, we no longer feel our coach is safe there. I tried to complain to Fix Auto HQ in San Diego, but they are NON-RESPONSIVE by phone or mail. I highly recommend you Stay Away from this company.

Great service! I was searched through StateFarm service network and KTown Fix Auto was the top rated. The work was around 2 month since it’s relative big part fix for the front. But Daniel was extremely helpful with estimating the beginning to the fix the end. The car is like new now. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
