My tried and true spot for all my car's needs. I've been coming to Fix Car now for over 5 years at this point. As a woman, it can be hard to find a shop where you feel heard and not taken advantage of. I tried many before finding Fix Car Now as my 'place'. I cannot say enough good things about David. As many times as we've worked together, I feel like we are family at this point! You can expect fair prices and quality work when coming here!

David and Mariano I trust with my BMW. I take my car there because we have built up this trust and I will bring my car to Fix Car Now to them over any dealer any time. The work is spectacular, the price is affordable and they are good men. Kudos to David and Mariano, true gentlemen.

I've brought my car here a few times for a variety of issues - from an oil change to an issue where I needed a diagnostic service. I found them to be fair, honest and on time. I haven't had any issues with work done there. Definitely will be back.

They did a great job. My only complaint is it took until 4:30 pm just to get a estimate on the repair. They were very busy that day. I would have liked to have a loaner car knowing it would take a day and a half. My car drives great now! I always feet like I’m driving a new car. I use my car a lot. Next time I need to plan a head.

I always have a great experience here. They’re fair, don’t try to oversell you or mansplain what’s going on. All key things for women going to a mechanic. They also get you in and out in a timely manner which isn’t always the case at other shops where my car has sat there for 2 days before they even get around to it. I’ve been coming here for 5 years with my work and personal vehicles and will always recommend them.

There are three reasons to service your vehicle at FixCarNow: 1. Honesty - They are both honest and honorable. (Ladies, especially, it’s not the same old con job we’re used to.) 2. Perfection - They take pride in their work, are resourceful, creative, and they don’t quit until the job is perfect. 3. Customer Service - They wrote the book on the subject and deserve a JD Power award for walking the talk. My Lexus SC430 was making a terrible noise. Mechanic 1 didn’t fix it. Mechanic 2 couldn’t fix it. Mechanic 3 “fixed” thousands of dollars’ worth of “problems”, but not the noise! FINALLY, the talented mechanics at FixCarNow did it. A good mechanic cares about more than money, so it's nice to know that I’ve found my forever mechanic. Great job gentlemen.

This place is an absolute joke. First let me start off that they had my car for 2 and half weeks. This whole time they were giving me the run around. They said they changed my water pump, engine hoses & radiator. After all this time the only work they really did was my radiator and when I drove off the same issues that popped up originally when I first took my car there. The same exact issues popped up again 5 miles later. Mind you I had to leave my car here in LA and go back and forth from San Diego. On the website it states they have loaner cars. I asked them on 3 different occasions during the past 2 and half weeks. They said they stopped doing it every single time. But when I came in they gave an older white lady a loaner car immediately. They gave a shuttle to another white lady. So I asked again after having to bring my car back immediately they stated they didn’t have no more when I seen a plethora of cars. I left my car there until Monday and told them don’t touch my car. So I got it towed from there to the dealership so they can fix my car correctly. Stay away from here at all cost or at least the one on Motor Ave. I can’t speak for the other locations.

I am so fortunate to live a block away from this car repair business....I consider them my personal auto service facility!!!!!! My Smartcar goes there immediately for service and if any dashboard lights go on. The friendly service staff will repair your car no matter the year or make. Extremely knowledgeable.

I took my 2011 Ford Edge (220K miles) in for a loud sound that it was making. FixCarNow charged me $150 for a diagnostic siting that the issue was either with the flywheel or the transmission. They were not be able to determine what the actual issue was until they opened it up further, but since the labor was going to be about $1,500 to take it apart and put it back together they needed me to sign-off first. With parts and labor depending on if it was the flywheel or the whole transmission it was going to cost from $3,100 to $4,000. I decided not to fix it due to the age of the car and the cost. I got a second opinion and the issue was with the starter with cost $500 to repair. The other mechanic also informed me that flywheels in cars made in the 2000s don't usually get damaged... $150 down the drain to FixCarNow.
