I bought a car from a mechanic named Erik. Unfortunately, soon after the purchase, the check engine light came on. Erik initially offered to help with the issue and mentioned that he had replaced all the fluids in the car. However, a few weeks later, a warning light (STOP, ENGINE OFF, OIL PRESSURE) appeared, prompting me to take the car to another mechanic. Upon inspection, the new mechanic discovered that the oil was dirty and cloudy, overdue for a change, and also identified an oil leak. Additionally, they found that the air filter was dirty and there were several missing or broken components. This experience has been quite disheartening, especially since I bought the car from a supposed "mechanic." In addition to these issues, the engine was loose and the engine support was damaged, causing the car to shut off when coming to a stop. Erik initially wanted to sell the car to me for the Kelly Blue Book price but ended up selling it for $1,000 less. Despite my efforts and spending over $1,000, the car still fails to run properly. Even after months since the purchase, I cannot register the car due to issues with the DMV or because the car keeps breaking down.

I went here today to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. Eric was very kind and knowledgeable! He didn’t come at me with 2k in bs repairs like another shop in Las Vegas did. I brought the OEM parts my husband ordered and it took them less than an hour to do the job. He was also truthful about another part I was told was bad, he didn’t jump on replacing it but told me what signs to look for that signify it needs to be serviced. If you are a woman looking for a shop that WONT take advantage of you, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back for all of my mechanical needs. Side note, when you pull into the shopping center you will go through a gate on the right to get to the shop. He was so nice when I called him because I couldn’t find it.

My boyfriend called to make an appointment for 12pm today it was scheduled I arrived at 1155 and am leaving at 1215 after NO ONE being inside to help me only 2 small children watching a movie, and then when 2 workers did walk in no body said anything or looked at me nor did they help me so not trying this place. Thanks for nothing.

First of all I want to start by saying that I was very well treated by Jesse and the staff at Fix & Go. They were professional, communicative, efficient, and most of all honest people. Jesse and Eric absolutely stand up guys. I had a small issue with my jeep and they were honest and upfront with me front the beginning. When I first came into the shop, I had woken up to pick up my partner from his work and noticed my check engine light was on and my car was struggling to accelerate. I called an hour before the shop closed and they told me to come get the codes pulled. Jesse pulled the codes and told me it was an engine misfire on the 3rd cylinder. We made an appointment for the next day for engine diagnostic. Thinking the worst (fuel pump/fuel delivery system repair, bad engine compression, vacuum leak), I took it in and waited in the waiting room for about 50 minutes while Eric diagnosed my car. Jesse came out and explained that one of my spark plugs had a lot of carbon but looked fine, it was cleaned, taken for a test drive, and the misfire stopped! I was treated professionally, courteously, and honestly. I told Jesse how hard it is sometimes as a female to be treated with honesty in repair shops, sometimes mechanics see us as easy money. I appreciated everyone at the shop and the professionalism and honesty I was treated with. I cannot recommend a better shop, they did not even charge me for engine diagnosis. My car runs great, the engine light has stayed off and my fuel economy was immediately improved. To Jesse and Eric, I appreciate you helping me out and being an honest shop. Hard to find these days. I will be returning for all my regular maintenance and service needs! -Olivia

AWESOME!!!! I LOVE THIS SHOP!🛠🪛⚙️🧰 No BS! Just straightforward. I’m a LYFT driver and needed a quick repair after all the other shops were closed. I called Fix & Go and Erick was like, “Sure. Come on in.” It took less than 10 minutes & I was out the door! Erick is professional, polite and knows how to “fix” cars. So refreshing to be able to just ask for a repair and get it. No games or upselling for no reason. He tells THE TRUTH about exactly what you need to fix the problem. And he FIXES IT! And he’s so NICE. I’ve never met a mechanic that was so nice. Most mechanics try to “hustle” female customers for expensive repairs they don’t need. He didn’t even attempt to overcharge me. Erick was not condescending to me at all. He was very RESPECTFUL. I definitely recommend Fix & Go to everyone. Especially, LYFT & UBER drivers. If you’re a rideshare driver, I would keep Fix & Go’s phone number on SPEED DIAL!

The mechanic Erick is very reliable and trust worthy, I had my breaks done by another shop and still had the same problem a friend referred me to this company. Erick was able to explain to me what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. I didn't feel like i was getting taken advantage of for being a female. I will recommend this company.
