Back in August I paid for a diagnostic of my cooling system it's was 40.00 just to look at everything and let me know what was wrong with it. After a couple hours they called me and told me the radiator, the fan, and the thermostat needed to be changed. I told them I just replaced the thermostat and the fan works it kicks on all the time. So we agreed at first we would just change the radiator out. I purchased the radiator myself and took it to them to put in. He quoted me 336 for labor if I provided the part and it would be ready the next day. Well the next morning I got a call and they told me the fan wasn't working all the time and since the car was still not put back together I should replace it now. I agreed and went and purchase the fan and assembly myself and took it to them so that they wouldn't have to order it and wait for it to come in. I could still pick up my car that day. After everything was put back together we got the bill and since I wasn't there my husband an mother in law were they just blindly paid it. Once I got the bill I was beyond confused and mad. They charged me 924.18. They charged me 388.75 for the fan that I purchased myself and a couple other things they never told me about. Then in the paperwork wrote that the water pump was going out. But they never said anything about that to me prior to any services and after we had paid extra for the diagnostic. It took me 2 weeks of calling and arguing to get the 388.75 refunded. Fast forward to this week sitting at a gas station I hear a pop and then steam coming out from all sides of my hood. I lift the hood and the top radiator belt had a huge slit in it. It was brand new.... I'm able to get it to autozone and get a temporary fix until I can get ahold of the mechanic. At my home I hear a sizzling sound and the car shuts off. We look and the waterpump is leaking and after further looking the bottom hose also has a huge hole in it and we also find that the fan was never actually hooked up ever. I go to get the invoice so I can call these people and I have been calling none stop two days now and the phone just rings no answer. As I am looking more closely I realize that not only did they charge me for the fan they also included a charge in the labor of 120 for the radiator that I bought myself. I'm so upset. My car is seriously messed up. I spe nt so much money. I literally make my living with my car doing hospice visits and deliveries and I can't do anything at all and I'm bringing in no money while it's down and I can't even reach these people.

This shop is awful. Took my suv in for ac evac and recharge and ended up finding 3 spark plug wires off the plugs! Will not go back here.

Came here for and fuel pump that was fix only for the same problem to keep happing spent over 2500 on the same fuel pump every 2 to 3 months I wouldn’t come to any of theses shops I kept it on the hush about one of there employes running into my car he this place was good for the time being

This is the worst place in Arizona to get your car repair, terrible service, unprofessional,and too expensive. I went and got my alternator replaced and they never connected my air flow or radiator hose after they took it all apart. Please avoid these scammers

Good place for general repairs and oil changes, tires, ect ect. Price are very reasonable compared to others. Bought 2 tires and had installed and balanced on my Benz. Less than $300 for everything. 😲😳😁

I'm from out-of town and my rental car was screaming about low tire pressure. I stopped by here and even though they were busy they took a few minutes to top of my tire for free. AAA+++ service from some really friendly guys! If I lived here I would totally have them service my cars. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

So my wife took our van for a simple oil change , they told my wife that our van has a big fuel leak , the next day I took it upon my self to check for my self and I found out they didn't even put my oil cap back on. If fix it Auto can't even do a oil change right I can't trust you to check or repair any major repairs..you guys need to do a better job
