Don’t ever think about calling these ppl they sent a guy out to fix a problem an said he fixed it an didn’t they had to come back an fix the problem then the guy created another problem which I know for a fact there was no other problem then he says o I can’t fix that which was another lie he also said that my air valve was machined in an wouldn’t come out so he needed to replace the whole part that was a lie they just wanted to charge me more money I took it to another mechanic he showed me that it did come out plz don’t trust these ppl they will rip u off learn from my mistake plus they charge a 115 hr an minimum 2hr with limo tint so u can’t see what they are doing on your time

If you stopped here…keep looking!!! Called for roadside on my 26ft box. Wouldn’t start just turns. Waited 2 hours for them to arrive. Was charged 2 hour minimum @115 an hr. The tech did not troubleshoot. Only solution was to charge the batteries. And that didn’t work. So I was charged 287 for a 2 hour battery charge that didn’t work. Had to call another company willing to diagnose and actually assess the situation. Not just take my money for doing nothing.

One of their drivers is super super scary and shouldn’t be on the road! And if they didn’t have illegally tinted windows I would be able to identify him!

They are worst company I called him they come to me he didn't even check my truck he just stopped front of the truck and he told me what's going on when I tell the issue he just say I can do it I say fine he said you got pay me $300 for what i told him what do you do giving you $300 he said coming over here. I was wow so be careful guys on this company

Helped us roadside on 70 downtown Columbus changed two flats then mounted two more after we got off highway. First two tires went flat two days later as valve stem extensions were not put on tight. Helped us in our time of need but left a little bit of work for us.

Used this company multiple times for roadside issues with tires. Very prompt and reliable service. Definitely a good company to keep saved in your phone if you drive commercial vehicles around the Columbus Ohio area.

We were stranded last night after what we weren’t sure had happened to our RV, which we full-time in. Called four other places that couldn’t help us, then one referred us to FMR. Joe came out to assess and determined it was a failed bearing. He spent the holiday weekend sourcing the parts, came back out and fixed us all up! Thank you Joe and FMR! You’re awesome! Thanks for getting us back on the to our next job quickly! We thought we were going to be there all weekend!
