This "New Administration" is horrible. I need to fix a tired. The front desk person and one of the tech were really good, but the owner is a different story. The owner interrupted the tech, basically shutting him up, told the tech to go back to the back that he was work to do and for me to go another place to fix the tired. If the place was busy I understand, but it didn't really look busy. Also the problem is the horrible actitud to your employees and the customer. Ahhh the shop inside is dirty and smells horrible. Never going back.

Customer service was great. The guy in the front was very polite on the phone and in person. I needed an oil change and had a slow leak in my tire. They offered to patch it instead of trying to pressure sell me another tire. I used to go to Pep Boys for over 10yrs but they changed management and it’s not the same. I did just get the oil change today and tire patched but so far no issues and I plan on making this my regular go to place now. Oh and they give you a coupon for a free car wash that’s next door which I thought was a nice touch.

Did feel great about my services on Tuesday I feel I was over charged for a oil change and a cabin filter replace ...I received great service before this one an felt I was charged fairly for my couple of service but this one one on Tuesday I was very unhappy and no explanation was giving but you live and learn was very disappointed

I had a problem with my air conditioner in my Nissan. I needed a compressor and some other things that were needed to fix the problem. They told me a price and I agreed to the price and the next day they had fixed my air condition and I would highly recommend them they were professional and kind and I’m happy with them no complaints from me.

Couldn’t have asked for better service, the gentleman who greeted me up front was super kind and professional, and answered all questions that I had. They work very efficiently so I didn’t even have to wait long to have both my brake pads replaced, and they conveniently have a nice waiting room where you can watch TV and treat yourself to free coffee or water. I highly recommend this place, they are honest and won’t try to rip you off like most mechanics.

No sirve eh ido dos veces en las cuales me an dicho no tenemos la herramienta adecuada para arreglarte tu carro pero el diagnostico si lo cobraron entnces para que tienes un taller si no vas a tener la herramienta para arreglar los carros

Work done properly and professionally, had my Mazda6 belts and water pump replaced. Now feels like new car, did the oil change and radiator flush since it was affected by the water pump.

‼️‼️🚨🚨THIS PLACE IS FRAUD ‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT TRUST This company they will rob you of your time and your money before They even offer you any services to your car something as simple as checking your AC will run you up close to $200 not including the cost to repair what is actually damaged‼️‼️‼️ I do not recommend to go to the spot at all The reviews on this companies page must’ve been done by friends or family because they overcharge for their services especially just to inspect‼️‼️🤬🤬 Really bad services It’s a shame how they rob people of their money Was able to get the situation resolved with another company and they were able to do a FREE Inspection before confirming was actually damaged And once it was confirmed the cost to replace was much cheaper BECAUSE WHAT WAS DAMAGED WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY TOLD AT FL AUTO SERVICE and for a more affordable price than what this fraudulent company was trying to charge ‼️‼️‼️ Do not go to FL AUTO SERVICE & SALES THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME ‼️‼️‼️

Management and employees of the business but very professional they gave me a date and time in which to pick up my vehicle because of my work and medical schedule they were excellent the truck was done and complete on time I will return as a patron up the shop I am very satisfied with the work and the service that was performed for me thank you Grady Pearson
