Called him yesterday at about 2 in the afternoon needing our car fixed asap due to it being our only car but he came out within an hour and diagnosed the issue in a short time and had it fixed and back on the road the next day highly recommend will use again

They came out and helped me get my stubborn wheel bearing off of my 2016 Lexus RX350 when I was struggling for HOURS. He was not only super nice but incredibly helpful and only charged me the road call fee and no extra charges. The part came off in less than 10 minutes when he showed up! On a long drive and kept getting warnings on and off about my engine being hot anytime I was over 65-70mph or using cruise control. Called Flack and spoke with Heather, and after agreeing to the $80 service fee (ended up being $98 with taxes and other fees), she and IV met me at O’Reilly Auto Parts to take a look and make sure I was okay to keep driving without issues. When they arrived, they were super friendly and clearly knowledgeable. IV and Heather explained what IV was looking for (checking the coolant reservoir, trying to see the thermostat/sensor, and checking the oil to make sure a gasket hadn’t blown) as he was working so that I could understand and learn what to watch out for once I was back on the road. Ultimately, they helped me refill my nearly empty coolant tank and sent me on my way with instructions on what to do if I was still having issues once I was on the road again. Grateful I found them!

Please don't use these people. My husband needed help with his truck and they were unable to fix the issue ...which is totally fine because sometimes you don't have the means to fix auto issues without a full shop. ... except for the fact that he was paid upfront and said he was returning the money because he couldn't do the job. Well, he didn't. He took the money and ran. Stopped responding to calls and texts. We have cameras and know for a fact noone else was in the truck where he said he put the money. We were blatantly lied to! 😔 Disrespectful and unprofessional. We needed some help and were in high hopes that they could help us. Nope, he couldn't and lied and stole from us. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Update: I do not have the wrong people. You all stole money from us and didn't complete a job.

Was broken down in Knoxville on a family trip on a sunday, IV and Heather were super helpful and came and replaced our blown water pump. Got me back on the road and driving for a fair price. Much respect and very thankful for the service. Thanks guys!

Showed up late after promised. Showed up to what appeared to be intoxicated on something. Wife did most of the talking to keep you distracted. Couldn’t finish. Promised to return at 11am next day and didn’t call or show after numerous texts and calls. Don’t use them please.

We had our alternator fail mid drive about 30 minutes outside of Knoxville on a road trip. Even though it was after closing hours, they took care of us and got us back on the road quick. Really above and beyond service.

I don't do this lightly, knowing I could be affecting someones livelyhood. He installed the wrong brake part on the wrong side and gave my daughter a very unsafe car. The brake pedal went to the floor. Attempts to have him make it right went no where. I asked for pictures throughout the process and never got anything not to mention payment issues. Just STAY AWAY! No you did the inspection and you bought the parts. BTW if they ask you to pay with venmo cause the cc transaction is too slow don't so it. Still trying to get my money back from cc company!!?

I am very disappointed in Iv he came and tore my car down and promised to come back and fix it. I brought all the parts. Didn't come back at all. He went got other tool. That I brought. Gave him $280 and the tool didn't cost that much. Brought the tool back and said I be back in the morning never showed up it's been a wk. Haven't heard from him or seen him. I guess I learn my leasing not to trust someone you thought was trust worthy. If that's how you do friends I don't want it. I guess you need the money more then I need my car fixed. Never again will I pay someone to do something before it's fixed right. That's not how you do business. But thanks for nothing. Keep the money .

I am from out of town about 4 hours away and got hit in a fender bender on the weekend. I called Flacks on a Sunday to come and tell me how bad my car was if it was able to be driven back home or not. They came out to me within less than an hour, did a full diagnostic, read my codes on my car, recommended next steps and were super nice and knowledgeable. I also appreciated they were up front about their $80 service charge and even wrote a detailed paper receipt for me to give my insurance. Highly recommend them!

The reason that i left 3 stars is because you guys gave me and my wife great service at first. When you dropped the radiator in that was perfect but the issue is still there the car is still leaking antifreeze and I’ve been un able to travel. You guys said you would return and haven’t said a word. i will consider 5 stars once we can speak about the situation. I know you do good work but after this snow storm I’m not sure what has happened like adults.

I was in Knoxville for a dog show when my car broke down while getting ready to drive the 5 hours home on a Sunday. A mechanic at my event identified the problem but couldn't do the repair. I was able to locate the part but neither of thr local Firestone locations were willing to help. I called Flacks and he arrived in about an hour, made the repair, and got me on my way home I needed to help, and they were there! Thank you for getting me home.

yeah don't book with them , they'll work on your car do something random like take a piece out of your car then tell you they'll come back but they won't they'll ignore messages and calls they just want your money thats all just find a way to take it to a real shop or a better mobile mechanic don't trust them n im being real they did me the worst way i thought bro was cool but he played me so just take my advice before paying .

Absolutely incredible!!! Took max an hour and a half from time of call to completion of service. Very affordable and patient. Any issues in the future with my car and they will be my first call! Communication is amazing as well! I knew what was going on the entire time, even though i wasnt there. Extremely reccomend using their services!!!

Do not call these people. Come pulling up n climbed out and the weed smell had my neighbors hi. My infiniti was having starting issues. I told him on the phone what I had checked so far. he came and checked the same stuff. Borrowing my tools. Then stood and just kinda hovered anxiously till I said how much? He said 60.00. I paid them . And was mad at myself. I should've sent them on down the road when they got there. And I tell ya. I honestly think they wrote all these 5 star reviews themselves. Because the service didn't come from therm.

Don’t Ever Call These Crack heads they don’t know what they are doing I asked him to fix my power steering pressure hose and he broke my pump I gave him the money to fix it but they ran off with my 200 dollars

Going on day 4 still no car fixed and waiting for a response. My car is still not fixed and he’s walking around with my money and not answering any phone calls. Terrible service !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND if you need your car fixed your better off going to someone else because you don’t know what he’ll do next.

Great guy! Came on a holiday when I blew a break line at 5 pm on the interstate. He came to the nearby gas station I was parked at quickly and worked hard. It was a hydraulic line. He took me to get a new one, bent it, got super oily and got me back on the road! Highly recommend using his service!

So initially, I was skeptical because mobile mechanic you never know, but I went with my gut and I’m so glad I did they worked efficiently and my car was back rolling in a little over an hour. They change my water pump and did an oil change too very skilled mechanics I would highly recommend. And I will definitely be using them in the future

They were great. Came out on a Sunday and got me back up and on the road. Went through kia in April and had my spark plugs changed. 7 months later my car is down again. At least now I know the work was actually done! They took me to the parts store so we could get the parts and made sure it ran right before leaving. Thank you so much for everything!

We were in Tennessee for a football tournament and our alternator went out on our 2014 Toyota Sienna. Luckily we made it to O'Reilly and ran into Flacks Automotive there. They were extremely helpful getting our car back on the road in a pinch when we were 4 hours away from home. Gave us a price way better than anyone in the area and got it done extremely fast. He had everything he needed to get it done in his vehicle and finished the job with excellent quality. Everything worked perfectly afterwards. I'm so grateful to these folks and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. 5 stars! Go see Flacks Automotive!
