Really disappointed with the operator that provides the service he charging $320 to replace a tire team showed up with the wrong tire then team member try to make the best of it. I give him a five stars operator charge me $290 for patching the tire he basically keeps your deposit. He don’t want to crown towards the service so just be careful. I feel like I have to do this so it won’t happen to someone else I didn’t make a big deal right away. I could tell he was not gonna give me a better price so I just paid him.

(HORRIBLE) Este hombre es un estafador se aprovecha de la situación de las personas para estafarlas!! No le hizo absolutamente nada a mi carro más que ponerle aire a mi llanta y me cobró $100. Súper mala experiencia les recomiendo ir a otro lugar o buscar otro tipo de personas que no sean unos ladrones!!

DEFINITELY recommend!!! Took the staff 10 minutes to change our tire. It was 9pm, we were on the fwy, with a quickly-becoming-flat-tire😭😭 and, the closest OPEN tire shop was 15 miles away. We made it to Boyle Heights and this business came up. We were freezing our asses off and they saved us. We totally lucked out! Fck!!!!🙏🏾 THANK YOU.😁😁😁 (Added to contacts LOL) 10/10

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I had a blow out on the 710 southbound. They were the only service to come out and change a tire. Everyone else wanted to tow the vehicle first. Flaco set it up with a quote and Jorge was dispatched and changed the tire out. The whole ordeal took about 20 to 30 minutes. Excellent service and fair pricing. Thank you Flaco and Jorge

Solo por llegar dos oras tarde y ver que mi llanta no tenía. Nada solo era aire me cobraron $90 dólares jamás los vuelvo a llamar aunque sea por la espera de dos iras que tuve me hubieran considerado un poco gente aprovechada triste la verdad por que como cuesta ganarse el dinero pero ellos se aprovechan de las emergencias pregunten siempre antes de pedir un servicio con esta gente aprovechada 😕😕🙁

If you’re reading this because you have a flat, I’ll leave the important info first. - Professional - Arrived in less than 30 minutes - Honored the price I was given on the phone - Came to me off of the 210 in Pasadena at 10 pm - Brought an extra tire just in case ( I ended up needing it) - Checked my other tires to be safe - Answered when I first called - Takes Zelle and other methods of payment - Ladies, they’re safe and trust worthy Now for more detail. I hit something on the 210, pulled over and called a few places. As a woman I was already nervous because a lot of places try to rip us off. This company was the only one who answered on my first call and Luis immediately gave me a quote. He didn’t try to up sell or change prices on me when it came time to change my tires. When I first checked my tires it seemed like only one was flat. When Jorge got to my location, we noticed a second tire was flat. Being the professionals that they are, he brought another tire just in case. Compared to the other places I called, the prices seem to be similar, but the service was by far superior. They have a huge van that’s literally like a mini tire shop. I highly suggest Flacos, you’re in great hands. Luis, Jorge, thank you so so so so much.

These guys took care of a nail in my tire right away on a Saturday late morning. Patched my tire in about 15-20 minutes for a fair price. Great service but very tight tiny little parking lot .

Caught a flat on the 110 fwy at 5:45am. Googled 24 hours tire shops near me. Flaco's Tires & Mobile Service came up. I was 7.5 miles away. 5:53am, called the number listed on the website. The male voice said, "yeah." Hello and Good morning, I replied. I explained my situation. Was quoted a price of $90 to come out within a 5 mile radius and $70 for a replacement tire. Ok, sounds good to me. Triple A is on the way to tow me off the fwy and to a safe location. I will give you a call back with my location. Called back at 6:44am, no answer. Called back at 6:45am, no answer and voicemail is full, can't leave a message. Since I can't get a response, I asked to be towed to the physical location of the tire shop. 7:13am send a text message since voicemail is full, no response. Waited until tire shop opened. Two male workers arrived around 8:ish. Was quoted almost double the price $120 for a new tire than what I originally paid. Worker tried calling owner several times to confirm pricing, no answer. Opted for a used tire instead. Gave a rating of 2 because the workers were helpful, polite, and replaced my tire in a timely manner. Otherwise, I would have rated my experience a 1 based on my interactions with the male voice that answered the phone and ghosted me. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this place if you find yourself in an emergency type situation. Shame on you Flaco!!

Do not use this business! They are listed as 24-hour business and we had a flat on the freeway and called at 5:15 a.m. someone answered the phone who we believe was the owner we explained the situation he quoted us a price and told us he could get his guy to come to us. Instead we opted to have our car towed to his shop and meet him there as soon as possible but when we arrived at the shop at 5:40 a.m. we called and he never picked up the phone at all for an hour and a half and then someone showed up in his yard and open the gate. When we told them what we were quoted they wanted to charge double the price and they still could not get the owner on the phone who quoted as the price so we ended up buying a used tire and they could not even write us a receipt. Do not use this business consumer alert consumer alert!

This team is amazing! We felt like we had an Indy-500 pit crew taking care of us! We were so lucky to find them and they took great care of our car, which had two nearly dead tire pressure sensors. They diagnosed & replaced them, and we went back on our way safely. You’ll be in good hands here.

Discovered this giant bolt/nail in my tire and was on my way home before I passed by this place. They fixed up my tire really quickly, and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. I paid via Venmo, and luckily, they also offered Zelle or Cash app, so if that's your method of payment, you can do that instead. My tire fix cost me $25. It's a bit pricey, but for something that needed to be fixed immediately, I think that's a fair price.

Popped my tire on the freeway and they saved me! It was around 9pm and I was told there were two services ahead of me but luckily, I was close to the auto shop so the guy (didn’t get his name unfortunately) offered to come pick up the tire, go back to the shop to switch it out, and bring back the new tire to me. Service was quick!

They write on the internet that they are open 24 hours a day, when we go there they charge 50-60 dollars for the transaction, which was 20 dollars, and they charge more money from the customers. If so, why are you giving different prices, you are deceiving people, you are trying to force the customer who comes with a flat tire, this is not fair and it is unfair gain.

Best tire repair shop in LA. Heading home to vegas with a 4.5 hour drive ahead of us with no spare and hit a curb off the freeway at 1 am. Only guys that were available to do a replacement. They had us in and out within 20 minutes. I am so grateful for them! Awesome price and amazing service. Could not recommend them more!!!!! Thank you so much Luis and Jorge!!!!

They saved my life. My tire blew out on the freeway, and I nearly made it to the exit. Luis was the one who answered my call, asked for my location and the size of my tire, sent it through text, gave me a quote in 5 minutes, and within half an hour, they were changing my tire. 24-hour service!
