Called to get a quote and when I went there they said it was more, they had asked me the size of the tire and I told them but that I already had the tires so I got a quote which they didn’t honor, I had been going there for a few times, they lost my business for sure

I called three other tire shops and they didn't have my tire size this was the only place that had my tire size and I didn't even have to leave my car while the job was being done 💯

They fixed my flat tire ($25) but did not balance it so a worrisome vibration started as soon as I drove over 60 mph ....finally I had to spend $ 40 at other location to complete de job that they were suposed to do....very bad experience. Repararon mi llanta pinchada ($25) pero no la equilibraron, por lo que comenzó una vibración preocupante tan pronto como conduje a más de 60 mph... finalmente tuve que gastar $40 en otro lugar para completar el trabajo que se suponía que debían hacer. ....muy mala experiencia.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Went for a tire change and was absolutely ripped off with a faulty tire. They wouldn’t refund me the $150 or fix the issue. Absolutely THE WORST

Eviten este lugar! Ayi dependiendo con quien hablas, el precio cambia. Los que no han visto tu carro te cobran menos que los que vieron la marca de tu carro. Ladrones!!! Si creen que tienes dinero, te suben el precio!!!!! Me lo hicieron ha mi hoy!!! Despidan ha la balsera rubia vieja. Esa es la mas ladrona de aqui!!

Excellent high quality service, very knowledgeable and experienced staff and they have VERY good prices compared to other places and they work VERY fast. I've been here over 5 times with different cars and not a single issue. Definitely one of the best tire shops around

If you’re going to listen to a review, listen to this one. I went to this place to get a new tire for my car. First of all, the customer service was lacking heavily. Majority of the employees seemed like they didn’t care nor like they wanted to even be there in the first place. After I finally received my tire, within 24 HOURS my tire went flat. Luckily I was around my neighborhood and was able to make it home pretty quick. I called the tire center to explain to them what had happened and they told me they would be able to fix it. Once I finally arrived, they told me they couldn’t do anything. They say they have 100% guarantee, but then have an issue actually fixing what they did wrong. This place is an absolute scam!! The owner is a complete thief who is incapable of taking any accountability for the issues and problems their establishment has caused. The professionalism was completely absent and I feel cheated. I now have to call off of work to have someone take me to ANOTHER tire center to replace my tire because this place was unable to do it. This is a horrible establishment and I hope that soon they will be held accountable for their actions!!

This is going to be the most honest review I will ever leave. I went here on November 11th the total was $270 dollars I got 2 new tires and everything including alignment putting the tires on ETC Tell me why my car was basically dancing side to side I told the owner which is a lady that my car needed the tires changed but to check all the tires as well and to do the tire rotation for me too. I have been driving a car that basically at any point could have caused me to lose control due to there negligence of not aligning the tires at all. And one of my tires were completely destroyed and deformed and they did not inform me as well even when I asked them to check I will not return here yes the price is great but at the cost of you not even getting services you paid for. They will ask you to leave so you don’t see them scamming you. I will be posting this review everywhere I don’t want a remedy at this point because I do not trust them please keep yourself safe from scammers.

Unprofessional and unethical They charged me 3% extra for paying with cr card. Credit card company indicated that the 3% extra in for business owners, not for the clients. On top of that their tires are overpriced... Big SHAME Will not go back to that place

Where people fail is trying to compare this place to the bigger establishments like "Tire Kingdom" etc. It's not like them at all, but when you speak about efficiency, Fair pricing and reliability! There's not many other's like it!

First off you can't pay debit/credit most times, they ask for cash. They seem to never have the right size tire, no matter what vehicle I take to them. Everyone is real unprofessional, so many guys hanging out in front you can't tell who works there and who doesn't. On the upside the prices are low, the tires aren't bad and the guys are lightning quick.

Today I was waiting for my turn on the line for more than 20 minutes, and when it was finally my time a man arrived, because of the way they greeted him they were very friends and they attended him first, they made me return to the line, so I decided to go to another place since there they DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS 😡😡😡 hoy estuve esperando mi turno en la línea por más 20 minutos , y cuando por fin era mi tiempo llego un hombre , por la forma en que lo saludaron eran muy amigos y lo atendieron a él primero , a mi me hicieron regresar a la línea , así que decidí ir a otro lugar ya que allí NO RESPETAN A LOS CLIENTES
