Flash Automotive is the best service, maint. & auto repair shop in Albuquerque, they are honest, diligent & professional. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and Mike Lowe has always shown integrity and treated me and my family members who bring their vehicles in with respect. We are always informed of any work or repairs needed and not more than is necessary as some shops are in the habit of doing. Just when I was about to give up on thinking I could find a reasonable place for vehicle service, I tried Flash Automotive. I was referred by a friend who reported they had had exceptional service here for MANY years. I knew when I called to make the appointment that this place was going to be different than other, including the dealership I had tried; after speaking to Jerry for just a couple minutes, I knew I was going to be well taken care of here. The service I received here was exceptional, as was the timing it took to get my vehicle in on a very busy day. This place is honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and hard-working, and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you, Jerry, for all that you do for people like me in the community, who want to ensure safety on the road. You’re the best.

Quick, fast, and most importantly, great with their pricing! Other shops quoted me over 1K to put a lift on my truck. I paid under $400 for their time here! Ask for Brandon or either of the Gabe’s to help you out. I’m so glad I didn’t get taken advantage of!

I have a 2010 challenger and I broke off the head of the oil pressure sensor, and then broke out an easy off inside. I called every shop in town, and the only place that would work on it is flash automotive. They did a great job and even recognized a couple other problems with my vehicle and fixed them for me. Brendan is the owner and a great and friendly guy! He is definitely NOT in the market to scam people like most of these shops. Thank you flash automotive for your time and hard work! Now my challenger is running great! They have a military discount as well which is very helpful. I will be returning for my future car needs.

Took my truck for front and back brakes. They replaced front and back rotors and pads. Did alignment, spark plugs and wires. I drove out of there and took on Paseo truck was shaking which it had never done that before. Recently took it have brake pads replaced and come to find out that the driver front brakes did not have the screws on the caliper so it was sitting on my pads not attached. I was also told when I took it back that alignment was not possible due to balls in my tires? What does that mean? This was the worst experience I have ever had and on top of that it costed me $1,608.40. I would not refer my worst enemy to this shop. Now reading my invoices looks like they replaced one spark plug and wire but was charge for all of them. Don't you normally get numbers for alignment I see I was charged $130 though. Oh also there was no brake fluid dry as the desert. Thanks Flash Automotive great job. Overcharged for services not rendered.

I can’t say enough good things about Flash Auto! They are dependable, reliable, professional, and they do great work in a timely manner. The staff are great, friendly people who care about their customers. They have been my go to folks for auto and truck repair for the past three years, since my prior mechanic retired. I highly recommend them!

Kept my car for more than 2 weeks when I told them what the problem was. It was obvious, I got to the point where I almost could've done it myself but I just couldn't reach in there with a certain tool. The part itself costed a mere $100 or so yet I wind up get stiffed for over $1000, and still they didn't do any of the extra work I asked them ) spark plugs, oil change), didn't even take the extra steps to show they cared at all by cleaning the plug well that got full of coolant or put the bottom cover on. I'll never go here again!

This is the best shop I’ve been to for my vehicle! One shop couldn’t do what needed done and they did it and more! Jerry and Brandon were beyond excellent! Got is in and out in a timely manner they did amazing work! Highly recommend them!!!

I have a 23 year old van that broke down in the middle of a road trip. The team was very friendly and welcoming when we came in (and while we hung out for the duration). They listened to our concerns about the vehicle and made sure that we were informed on what was going on. They got us back on the road within about 6 hours of getting to the shop! I’m grateful that we took it here; it was an amazing experience!

My 2000 jeep wrangler could not fixed by a mechanic shop in Valencia County so the shop recommended Flash. From the minute the jeep arrived I was kept informed of the progress and situation. Brandon called me a few times to update me on the problems and costs associated. All the staff are very customer service oriented, I would definitely go back in the event I need any repairs on my vehicles.

My husband is an ASE certified mechanic but I won’t let him work on my car- my car- my responsibility- anyway- he did recommend Flash Automotive. Brendan at the front was amazing and helpful- he explained what was going on- what my car needed and why. I did NOT have my husband w me- I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to or ‘mansplained’. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO All MY CO - workers and anyone who asks! I had front brakes done, alignment, oil change and tire rotation done… Peggy drives like a DREAM!P

Flash Automative is very professional and reliable. I had my Engine/Transmission Mounts replaced and the work is noticeable. They are also very, very good at diagnosing the car all around and provided other issues about my car thst I was unaware of. They are very thorough in their diagnosis process and I appreciate their work a lot. Thank you so much.

This place is top notch! I broke down on the interstate (I'm not from NM) and wound up at another shop that was giving me the run around. I called around to so many places and they were either booked out for weeks or didnt wanna deal with me (wrong diagnosis at the first shop). Jerry heard my case over the phone and even though the shop was very busy, he agreed to have his guys take a look. They had me rolling out of there at lunchtime! They properly diagnosed the issue (something the other shop couldn't do over the course of 4 days), ordered and installed the part that day. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and courteous, but most importantly this shop is ethical and honest. Their intention was to get my truck fixed- not overcharge or do unnecessary work to make a buck. These guys went out of their way to save my butt and I would highly recommend their honest, quality work to anyone!

We came across Flash Automotive when we had an unexpected car issue on a cross-country trip. It was early in the morning, but we knew that this could seriously hamper our journey out of New Mexico. We stopped by Flash Auto, and Jerry, Paul, and Brandon took great care of us. They fixed the problem and got us back on the road in under 45 minutes! Super appreciative of them working so hard to get us rolling again - highly recommended!
