Do not get your car serviced here unless you want your engine light to come on after they maliciously break something in the car for the oil to leak. Went to Flash Lube this Friday, November 8th, 2024. Went in for a simple oil change. Left with the engine light on and now oil leaking from my car. Mind you the car has been sitting for three weeks due to a malfunction in a newly purchased battery. The battery was replaced, and there weren't any issues with oil leaking just minutes before taking my car to Flash Lube on 57th Ave. I am too exhausted and frustrated to waste my energy on this. I wrote a review before this explaining everything in detail and made a mistake and deleted it. Just tired of all these car shops hiring crooked workers and continuously breaking things on purpose. We have to buy cameras to place In our engines because this type of fraud is happening frequently. We can't trust these repair shops to service our vehicles with integrity. None of my vehicles have any issues with oil leaking. Now look. Fresh clean oil leaking on my ground after 24 hours of leaving Flash Lube on 57th Ave in Hialeah Florida. If I had an oil leak, I'm sure after 3 weeks of the car sitting, my ground would have oil stains. And not clean oil stains. Flash lube is slashing something to make you go back to them. What a shame. Just tired of all these repair shops with the same MO. Smh I am adding to this review because the very same person who was there Mary, who told me I had an oil leak after all services were completed was the person responding to my emails and reviews. If someone above Mary can reach out to me, that would be great. If not, it's pointless I would take the loss and they will lose a customer behind greed and bad service. I have added a video of the car leaking oil on my new concrete driveway. Oil leaks are a pet peeve of mine. And it's not permitted where I live currently. I wanted to add that my car, before going to Flash Lube, had recently been checked for everything that was wrong with it. I can upload pictures of everything being great. No oil leaks. No check lights were on either. That coolant leak was a result of another company doing the same as flash lube. We have to be careful out here. People are desperate. 1/31/2025 ***UPDATE*** The owner Frank was very understanding of the situation. But unfortunately, he sided with his employees, in which I guess he needs them more than a customer. He just did what the others at Flash Lube did, added oil, and said that the power steering was fine. And he noted the front valve gasket was the reason for the oil leaking. And that they don't service cars with high mileage because there will be an issue every day. Now they are saying the radiator and coolant were leaking. Pretty strange being I went 2 weeks ago and had no defaults. I didn't expect Frank to resolve the issue. His workers would have been disgusted with him. I will take this as a loss and hope the next car shop is honest. I take good care of all my cars. I found a guy who does the oil changes at the convenience of your home. A little more in pricing but it beats going to some shops who are maliciously damaging parts so you return. If you choose Flash Lube for services on your car, just be sure to stand outside and watch them. If they move your car to the corner out of your view, you might end up with something else wrong. Also, I wanted to add that my radiator and coolant were replaced a few months ago. So I'm hoping it has a warranty. Not sure how a radiator suddenly breaks. Frank stated that any car shop will tell you that a different part could break every day lol. I am a woman, but not one who doesn't know her cars. Only God and the workers know the truth and I will leave it as that. What you put out into the universe has a strange way of returning the favor. #loveandlight

I went to get an oil change on Friday. I was told that I had an oil leak and coolant leak. I’ve never had an issue with anything leaking before. I was told that the leak wasn’t visible and needed a diagnostic. Every time I come here, I always need something extra to be fixed. I declined the diagnostic because I didn’t want to pay $90 to figure out the problem and be charged $7000 for repairs because I don’t have money like that. I told staff to just do the oil change and I left. Saturday came and all of a sudden coolant is leaking from my car. I went back Sunday at 4pm to get the issue resolved. I asked for the manager, because I normally deal with her directly. She’s off on Sundays. I was told by staff due to them closing at 5pm, I would have to come back because a diagnostic takes more than an hour. I was so upset. I’ve gotten a diagnostic plenty of times and it didn’t take an hour. I just felt like my car issues weren’t important because getting off in an hour was more important. I won’t ever come back here. I never knew a place of business could deny service because they close in an hour.
