On Thursday I called to get a rough estimate on an engine swap guy seemed cool, said it was no problem, and that he would call around to find an engine to get me a price. I appreciated that because I told him the rough time I'd been having. However, I already told him I'd already called and shopped around and decided I wanted a Jasper or Frasier engine and told him the different price ideas already, and he answered back yeah well those prices are at cost. I said well yeah, the cost the remanufacturing companies sells them. So I guess they up the price selling them to make more profit? Still confused how that works, and maybe I misunderstood the guy. Anyways, he said he would call me back tomorrow, which was Friday. I called at the end of the day and asked if maybe one of the digits in my number was wrong, because I hadn't gotten a call. He seemed rubbed funny by this and was a bit rude. So I asked, do I have to wait till Monday now for a price? He said that when Jasper called him back, he would get with me. It's now Wednesday. If it's one thing I hate, it's incompetence, and liars. I got off the phone with him that Friday and called Jasper a second time. It's a toll free number and they answer every time and pretty immediate the two times I called. So he lied to me, and he never called me back. I guess they don't want our business? Either way, lying and ghosting me is horrible customer service.

Took my Dads old PT Cruiser in to get a fan issue resolved. They were very professional and fast. Had it diagnosed and repaired in 1 day. Reasonable price too.

Very professional, got my truck in within one day of my calling, fixed that day, and cost was lower than expected. My father-in-law has used these guys for decades and they just became my preferred shop.

Please read the review below this opening review. The holder review was written at least a year ago but my appreciation of Fleet has not changed. I had my car at Fleet today. When they called me to tell me that it was ready, I was shocked how quickly they completed what I requested and how low the charge was. I took the car in just to have it checked over because the dashboard indicator said it needed maintenance. Besides an oil change nothing else was required. This is the type of service they have provided for 25 years. I trust them; they could have charged me for things that I didn’t need, but they didn’t — They never do. Frozen ________ OLD REVIEW _______ I have been going to fleet since 1999. I’ve never had any disappointments. I’ve always been extremely appreciative of their service, their friendliness, and their expertise. It is wonderful to find a business that is honest with their customers. This my second review in the last week. You can also read my first review. I just took my daughter’s car in to Fleet this morning to have it checked over since she was preparing to drive home, about 400 miles away. For a very reasonable price they checked her car completely; then told her about some repairs that were needed, but it would be safe for her to drive home and let her use her mechanic to do repairs.

Fleet auto is the only mechanic that I trust in OKC. I have had multiple cars serviced and repaired at Fleet in the past 20 years! Others will try to charge you a ton for alleged issues, but bring your car to Fleet for honest repairs with fair prices. The same employees have ran this business for many many years and their repeat customers show how trustworthy they are. Thanks AGAIN Fleet for another quick repair!

No where in the name Fleet Auto is the word “dependability”, but it’s certainly in their service. The company is top shelf, the mechanics go “above and beyond”and the customer service is stellar. Today I had the opportunity to have Kyle and Tim assist me with unloading my car that was trailered in. These two men were patient, considerate and above all else knowledgeable. They treated my car as if it were theirs and provided outstanding support getting my low hugger off the trailer. Thanks gents, you made it look so easy. Also, while there I had an appointment to get the oil changed on my truck. I was able to drop the trailer and Brandon did his magic and wasted no time getting me in/out. That man is always reliable and provides great service. For me Fleet Auto is the only name I will consider when I need service/repairs. Definitely my number one choice and I highly recommend them to others.
