Had a DEF / DPF issue in South Carolina. The service tech, Jonah, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, but the final result was that the required repair was not something that could be resolved roadside; was a dealer only type of issue.

these people just took my money claimed to have replaced a sensor and didn't then tried to charge me $ 465.00 for another one and i called kw and the sensor was only $45.00 hen charged me $ 1300.00 to do nothing just took my money and the co owner would not answer my calls left him 2 vm no return call yet.

Ended up getting a flat tire in route to customers and a frayed air hose that put truck out of commission. I was a ways out from any repair shop , But Jonah got there Asap and quickly went to work fixing the issues. Jonah must have been part of a pit crew at one time cuz he was quick at getting me up and rolling again. Thanks Jonah👊👍 you the man

Fleet masters was called for battery problem, they informed me of their arrival time 60-90 minutes, they were here within that time, Rafael was quick to test and replace batters, I must say job well done, I do recommend them for emergency brake down!

My experience was so pleasant with this company and with Zander one of their technicians.. I've been trucking for 30 years and this was one of the more pleasant breakdowns I have ever had.. Zander kept me informed and he has always been pleasant and mild mannered and knowledgeable of the whole situation.. I really really really appreciate the courtesy and outstanding service that was provided by Zander who in my opinion set a top-level standard for technicians in his field.... Thanks again Zander..

The service alone was great. Zander the mechanic/Tech was respectful, informative, and Manner-able. My truck was fix right at home, he keep me update on progress and went out of his way to insure I would have no future problems. He even ran a full diagnostics and For diagnostics and what’s another word for identified found other issues. Big thanks to Fleet Masters and ask for Zander when you call!!

terrible service overpriced AAA Friday 3/8/24 I called in for mobile repair at 10:48am, I thought I made it clear what I was looking for from them, Jeff said they could handle it so I scheduled them to come out paid everything up front ( $702.68) truck was in limp mode with just about every warning light on, I was told the wait time was around 3 and a half hours no big deal our truck is a drill rig and would be on site drilling most of the day, or so I thought. My driller called me around 12pm to let me know he finished the hole early we called Fleet masters to let them know the driver was going to limp the truck back to our shop (was never offered to take it to their shop) gave them the address they did not show up till 4pm I told the tech what was going on and my expectations and that I had to leave so I asked him to call me and let me know what he finds (he did not) , from this point on all info on the events that took place was re-laid to me from Jeff and the lady at the front desk at fleet Masters today 3/11, the tech plugged in the computer found codes ( I don't know what codes were found they never re-laid them to me nor was I asked what I would like to do about them ) no other diagnostics were preformed the tech proceeded to do a force regen took a little over an hour once done no codes were found and I got a call Around 6pm that the truck was fixed and was charged another $84.54 ($787.22 in total ) the tech left . truck sat in the yard all weekend .... Monday 3/11/24 my driller loaded the truck up and got 10 minutes down the road and all warning lights came back on and truck went back into limp mode I called them up annoyed to figure out what was done the lady at the front desk informed me the events I stated above I asked if there was a way to have the tech come back to do further diagnostics and that I had no problem paying their hourly rate for the tech but I didn't want to pay the service call or computer hook up fee again due to it being the same issue and not being properly identified on Friday was told that the manger "Jeff" would call me back within 30 mins took over an hour and a second call with front desk . that call went pretty much the same way but Jeff was rude and his response was him trying justify the service as if they did everything correct because " they did fix one of our issues because the truck did need a regen and codes went away" and if there is any other problems I had to take it to their shop ( and after reading some of the other reviews thank god I didn't ) because he would not send out another tech to do field diagnostics (to help keep my rig out working as long as possible ) that they do road side assistance (overpriced AAA) they don't fix any mechanical issues in the field. when I made it clear on Friday that's what I was looking for and Jeff said they could and took $800 from us to do nothing so if you need a tire changed I guess you can try your luck with them but if you are looking for a mobile fleet mechanic service stay far far away! they will take your money and leave your rig still broke. just bad Business

Fastest trailer tire replacement I've ever seen. The tech said he would have it done in 20-30 and I swear he had it done in 15 min, not just one but two trailer tires for a 48ft flatbed. Absolutely phenomenal work from them, saved my drivers butt out there in Tampa.

These guys are awful, 3 guys try to change my trailer brake chamber. They made this for a couple of hours, but I need to replace the new chamber in 3 days because they didn't correct install it. Also, then the installation chamber they cut to a chamber bolt and need replacing a brand new chamber. Also, they charge my company as they repair the whole brake system. Unbelievable.

Wonderful service. I was very pleased. Arrived very quickly. Lightening fast. Keno (technician) was a great person and very enjoyable to talk to. Extremely nice and informative. Got the work done in an expeditious manner and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. I was very impressed and would be more than happy to have him work on my truck again. Maybe not too soon though because who likes to break down? I don’t. But I thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Keno. Thanks UPDATE: Once again today, 2/12/24 I had road service from Fleet Masters. The tech (Keno) did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company without a doubt. They know what they’re doing and are very professional. A true joy to do business with. Excellent employees. I’m very impressed!!

fleet Masters worked in every capacity to have me towed to the shop and provided lifts to the rental car. Very informative very very knowledgeable and excellent in their communications of all things pertaining to my repair. Highly recommended they service a large area of the Tampa Bay area you can’t go wrong with Jeff and his crew.
