Took my car 2013 ford fusion to get a timing belt which I already knew it needed one because I took it to Christian brothers first so long story short they called me told me it was the timing belt boom called me back in a hour hr he said he repaired it which I don’t think he did because the turn around was to fast to only tell me it had internal damage like how you didn’t no that when you put the car on the machine it was around tax time so I guess they thought I had some money so I wouldn’t recommend them to my dog wish I could give them 0 stars

Best most trusted Shop in the city. I will never go anywhere else. I live in Olive Branch MS and pay the extra $55 to have my car towed to him. That’s how much this Widow with a special needs Adult trusts them. Joe has been servicing me and my family’s vehicles for years. Great workmanship and very fair pricing. Ladies, they are like a good hairstylist, wince you find a good one, you stay with them!

I had them work on my mom's car they told her that they changed out her turbo in her car they did not they broke her her check engine light to make it seem like it would not go off they are all about scams over there

I took my car to Fletcher's and they did not repair it correctly. I paid this man $900.00 to replace the heater coil in my car and now the heat no longer works and it worked perfectly before I took my car to him. My car also now smokes! It wasn't smoking before I took my car to them. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

REBUILT MY MOTOR KNOWING THAT THE ENGINE WAS TOO HIGH MILEAGE TO BE REBUILT AFTER IT NEEDED A HEADGASKET REPLACED. HAVE AT LEAST $2,000 IN HAND WHEN YOU GO THERE LOOKING TO GET WORK DONE ON YOUR ENGINE. ALSO THEY OPEN AT 7AM MONDAY - FRIDAY AND ARE GONE BY LUNCH WHICH IS 12pm TO THEM SO CALLING AFTER NOON DURING THE WEEK IS POINTLESS, THEYLL SEND YOU TO VOICEMAIL AFTER LETTING THE ANSWERING MACHINE TKAE YOUR CALL. I AM DISAPPOINTED DUE TO THE POOR RECOMMENDATIONS/SUGGESTIONS THAT THEY GAVE ME.

This is an honest, reliable, knowledgeable Man. It's a Family Business. They are so sweet. You feel the Christain Spirit when the phone is answered as well as the when you walk in the shop. Went to the Honda dealership and Christian Brother's in Southavenand both told me I needed another engine. This shop did the work that was asked at a great price and the car run great. Top notch mechanics.

I took it to them due to a oil leak. They told me I needed a new engine. I had them put a used engine in. After picking up my car they didn’t bolt a part down, so I was dragging it down the road. They had to fix that. Two weeks later my check engine light comes on. They didn’t answer the phone when I called them. Took it up there, the gasket on the oil filter was cracked. The same day picking it up the light came back on. It needed new actuators. I noticed the engine was still leaking oil. They told me they didn’t warranty the work. I had another shop look at it and told me they put a bad engine in the motor. 60 days after having them put a motor in the car I am having to put another motor in my car. This one job gone wrong is going to cost me close to 10k ! All because they put in a bad motor. The issues wrong with the motor should of been caught when putting the engine in and the other 3 times they had it. Horrible ! Do not go !!

My car has been messing up for about 6 months took it to Gateway and they did not fix the problem. Called Fletcher Automotive told me to bring it in to check everything out and now my car is just like new again. Even fix my check engine problem and everything. For an excellent price and great customer service. Will definitely use them again for any of my car problems.

I usually just like to write positive reviews, but the service experience I had with Fletcher Automotive was too poor for them not to get negative feedback. I was referred here by a neighbor. I looked up their reviews - they looked good. I'd had some work I'd been wanting to do on my truck, and when it became clear I needed new head gaskets, I decided to take it in. I mostly knew what I wanted fixed: a new rear main seal, head gasket, intake gasket, valve cover gasket ... but I deferred to the professionals. Basically I opted for them completely resealing the engine (which nearly amounted to an engine rebuild; as I understand, basically the only parts that weren't replaced were the pistons, rods, bearings, and the crankshaft). The bill was $2150. They fixed it pretty quick, but when I picked it up I had two new problems: 1) my temperature gauge was not working and 2) when I started my engine, it sounded like someone was kicking a metal trash can under my hood. Surely, someone knew it did not sound like that when I dropped it off. I call them saying these things weren't happening before and I brought my truck back - paid $65 more for a new ECT sensor and starter. I picked it up a second time ... it still made the starting noise and it died on me the next morning on the way to work. I could not jumpstart it, so I had it towed back to the shop. They put another brand of starter on my truck, which seemed to fix that noise I'd been hearing, but my truck died on me - again, right up the road. I was so tired of dealing with this that I had it towed to another mechanic - a mechanic my dad has used for over a decade. He takes a while, but does very nice work. He fixed the problem with my truck dying on me (replaced the starter (for the 3rd time), discovers the ground cable was hooked up wrong which fried the previous new starter, fixed a vaccum leak), but says "You know you need a new motor, right?" I said "What!?" I told him all of the work I just had done, and he told me that was money down the drain - that they should not have done that work. This second mechanic started my truck up and immediately heard that my rod bearings were shot. Not only did Fletcher cost me $360 I paid another mechanic to fix problems I didn't have before I took my truck to them, they charged me app. $2200 to work on an engine that they should have at least recognized needed to be replaced (i.e. that the rod bearings were bad). Terrible experience! And yes, this one is at least in part on them.

Took my 2006 Lexus IS250 to these guys to have my front struts and mounts replaced. They did an awesome job and completed the work quickly and the price was exactly as quoted and more than fair. I highly recommend them go anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

CROOKED....CROOKED .....CROOKED. Paid close to $5K to rebuild a motor. The motor had a slight tick when brought to shop. Was pinging even worst when he said it was ready. He knew he didn't fix it, tried to offer $1000 cuz he felt like he didn't satisfy me. I told him just like I paid you to FIX it, that's what I wanted. He couldn't fix it. Could have bought a crate motor and dropped in. He is a sorry mechanic, and is not a man who tells the truth, let alone keeps his word. Psalms 37:1 NO STARS, BUT WON'T POST UNLESS ONE IS HIGHLIGHTED.
