My experience bringing my car here are positive and good! Eric P gave fantastic service when bringing my car. He is very attentive and quickly responsive when I have questions of my Audi or need to bring my car to be serviced. Eric makes sure I do not leave with any questions unanswered and provides all the help. He is doing a great job and I would definitely recommend him as your service advisor.

Always had good experiences with the service advisors here. My issue is that they would not preform a simple software update on my 2020 S4 that would've fix the issues with the MMI and audio system without charging me over $1000. Even though I had paid for the extended warranty and the car was only 3 years old at the time. I even expressed interest in trading it in for an SQ7 and my request was still denied. Having owned a few Audi's, this left a bad taste in my mouth. I took my S4 and traded it in the next week at another dealership for another car brand. Why be loyal to a car brand if they aren't loyal to you?

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Flecher Audi in downtown Chicago. After leaving my vehicle for what should have been an oil gasket repair, I was strung along for three weeks with constant excuses, delays, and requesting more money. The service team repeatedly lied about the status of my vehicle, and it became clear that they were using tactics to scam customers, particularly targeting women. Their lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable from managers to the service writers, and the inexperienced mechanics. I urge anyone considering getting service/repairs at this Audi dealership location to think twice and look elsewhere. “DON’T FALL VICTIM TO THEIR DECEITFUL PRACTICES.” Had to add 1 star....... deserve no stars!!!! SMH Greed!

This review is specifically based on my experience with Elias Lopez and Sam. I had been referred to Fletcher Jones by Ron at European American Motors and Florin at Lincoln Park Import Service after being told that I would need timing chain service for my Allroad. Both independent mechanics suggested I take the car to be diagnosed directly from Audi due to an extended warranty for the timing chain for my model — I had also received a postcard in the mail about this extended warranty for the timing chain service. I was basically running up to the very edge of the extended warranty period to get this service done and was concerned about the out of pocket costs should it be determined that it wasn't necessary or not covered by warranty but needed to get the final word from Audi directly. Fortunately, I had all of the documentation that I had properly maintained and serviced the car during my ownership of it. Elias helped me through the process and communicated everything between the Audi warranty center, the mechanics at FJ and me. He shared the good news that the timing chain replacement would be covered by Audi, with no cost to me out of pocket. I did have a couple of other repairs to address and still had to pay out of pocket for another repair, but all things considered, the warranty replacement of the timing chain is a huge win and I'm just happy to keep my car. Elias and Sam went above and beyond and I'm truly, truly grateful to them and their service.

I am not one to post a review for a service center, but this one deserves it. I bought my first Audi (Q5) in May, and unfortunately had issues 3 weeks in. I was upset, and disappointed. I called Fletcher Jones immediately to take the car in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sam B, who was so helpful! Explained the process, and check in to make sure the car was riding well after the repairs. What makes this a 5 star review is the quality and customer service didn’t stop. I just took my car in for maintenance, and Mike K helped me out. Incredible service and communication! Had my doubts about Audi, but FJ service center had erased any doubts! Hopefully these two gentleman get the recognition they deserve!

I took my car because my service engine light was on. I dropped off my car and getting a hold of my technician was very difficult. They kept my car all day and did nothing with it on day 1. On day 2 the technician called me to let me know that I had to replace a fuel injector for which he quoted me an astronomical amount of money. I was told that they had already done some tests and if I decided not to have the work done I would still have to pay for the diagnostic which was also an astronomical amount of money. I have reported them to the office of the attorney general. Bottom line, don’t take your car to this place, find an alternative that will not abuse your need.

The service techs, like Tony P, are always working hard and have been very courteous, even when customers aren't. This is my second Audi and I have been going to Fletcher Jones for about 7 years now. I recently tried to make an appointment and was very sad to see that they do not care about customer loyalty. I was told, because of an incident in which they blamed me apparently, but couldn’t prove, a loaner vehicle that I returned “developed a crack” 2 days after I returned it. When asked Fletcher Jones management to show me proof I returned the vehicle with damage, they were not able to. I asked them to investigate and any evidence and I would have my insurance handle the claim. They couldn’t and told me not to worry about it. When I tried to schedule a service I was told I am no longer able to get a service vehicle. Normally, not an issue but I only have one car in my household and depend on my car for my profession. I will not be taking my car and just so everyone knows, Audi Morton Grove and Audi Exchange in Highland Park are just as good without all the drama. I recommend taking your car there if you don’t want to deal with the extra costs and expenses the Chicago service center charges in parts and labor. If you do use FJ make sure the parts department price matches when making repairs. They mark up everything tremendously.

I recently passed through Chicago during a road trip from Canada and started hearing a thumping sound from my Audi. I took my car to Fletcher Audi, and Mike greeted me warmly. There was a small hiccup during the process, but the lead technician, Ivo, precisely diagnosed and resolved the issue. Quite shocking to realize half of your drivers seem stoned or drunk while getting behind the wheel. Your employees do not value a 6 figure car, I would be careful and stay OPEN-MINDED people. Considering some on-sight drug screenings, you might be surprised. Took my car here and had to get a new one as well 👍 Service drives are not professional, looks like they pulled some guys off the streets to drive my car.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!. Learn from my mistake people horrible customer service and service department. If you have a German car especially I would strongly advise you not to bring your car here. First their service department — Took my car there early February , with my concerns and paper copy of codes we scanned from the cars computer. Not only did they not fix the main issue they ran up my warranty without my permission and fix “recommend work”. They gave my car back to me with the check engine light on(wasn’t one when I took it). I had it for one day and it shut off on me 5 times while driving and not to mention a lot more was wrong with it so 11k later we had to tow it back!. I had originally wrote a review before they threaten me that if I didn’t take it down they would not fix my car. And on top of everything they took months to communicate and order the part and fix my car and refused to give me a loaner vehicle. They ended up charging us around 900 for just the starter. We paid outta pocket since they ran up my warranty we were out of options. Picked up my car 6 months later with the check engine light still on. There employees were also horrible — Their customers service representative “Ebony” was so rude when I called for an update about my vehicle that they had there since January. It’s June now. She threatened multiple times to hang up on me and was sarcastic and snappy. All I asked was for her to transfer me to any one of the multiple managers because they all know the situation. I’ve been going through with fletcher jones Audi for months now. She then kept me on hold for 10-15mins. Just to tell me she wasn’t going to transfer me because she thought they couldn’t help. Ignored me when I was asking a questions. Told me she couldn’t keep me on her line I was wasting her space she was just going to disconnect the call. I hung up called back spoke to someone new and within the minute she had me connected to a manager. So exactly how wasn’t EBONY able to connect me to anyone while I was on the phone for 18mins. Vehicle purposefully damaged — Horrible customer care, miserable employees. And their mechanics and service department with all the disrespect were incompetent, I feel like everything they touch they fked up more the check engine light is on the EPC light just came on. I took my car there and yes my driver window tint was messed up already but I had not took it to get fix because PRIORITIES the car was in service for months, when I received my car the tint hanging on by a thread. Like it was messed up there is no reason why they should’ve been putting the window down and it looks like it was purposefully damaged and pulled out. The front plate frame also damaged. The first pictures were taken February the same time I sent out my car to Audi. I will be putting a pictures in the comments. At this point Thee fletcher Jones is at fault, he is able to call the boss of the franchise I work for and complain about my reviews but cannot ensure my vehicle comes back to me fix and without exterior and interior damage?!.

Just got off the phone with the service manager, Mr. Donnelly. And he says that when their technicians arrive at a new problem with a car, they don’t necessarily have to do a video or picture to show me what they’ve came across. Which doesn’t make sense. Every other time I brought my car there and the technician came across any new issues. I got a video explaining the new issue for some reason I didn’t get a video of picture of my strip bolt that they had to do work on. The sketchy customer service has me at a point I cannot believe or trust the account of why I don’t have a video or picture. I even asked to leave the bolt in the car. he says he has the bolt on his desk. How do I know that’s from my car? From all the “sorry you feel that way” Comments, He nonchalantly let me know He doesn’t care about the quality of service that they provide. I am a very unhappy customer I feel I was overcharged and mentally drained because I have to micromanage the customer service rep on pricing He should know as my customer service rep for the same car I’ve continually had Service on. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this facility. It’s no way as a paying customer I suppose to leave that facility with this mindset. He makes it seems like oh it’s just a cap. That’s not the point. Customer service is a psychological mental thing. Everything should be complete when I’m picking my car up, but for some reason in this case it’s not. I want my money back. I don’t have time to sit on the phone and talk to anybody that doesn’t really care about my experience or to even sit here and type it costing me money. he said he charged me an hour for something that took four hours, but that only took under a hour. The double talk is cringe. I want my money back It’s no way I should be sitting here, dissatisfied. it’s no way I suppose to walk out of this facility with a wheel like this for basic tire replacement That was partially covered with road hazard Coverage. Yet they still came up with the way to charge me up for something. If I had a video or a picture of that bolt being stripped With a timestamp, I would not be here right now. I want my money back.

This past February I brought my car a 2016 A3 2.0T in for scheduled maintenance and some other problems. One was an oil consumption issue and the other a noise in my front left wheel. For the oil consumption the mechanic suggested replacing the oil pain & reseal the upper timing cover, noted this is a known problem for this make and model. I asked about the oil consumption test and was quoted that cost 500.00 and the mechanic said doing the repairs suggested should solve the problem. Neither part replacement has made a difference with the oil leak, so I wasted 2K on service where I rather had done the consumption test to really find out what the problem is. As for the tire noise they said that the front left tire was unusually worn compared to the other 3 tires and suggested replacing all 4. I went back to the shop that installed the tires and they replaced the front left but the noise is still there so it wasn't the tire. Two years back my trunk light stopped working and they suggested replacing the full harness that runs from the front of the car to the rear at a 5K price. My car was rear-ended last fall and the repair shop said the light issue was a damaged cable in the trunk they repaired in less than 30 minutes. FJ told me they rana test and couldn't find where the problem was. Bottom line I have little faith in the service team at FJ Audi. I would think a dealership of this caliber found be more dynamic in diagnosing problems while charging a premium cost for repairs.

ZERO STARS >>>>>> CUSTOMER SERVICE Now this review is one that should've been made the fourth time I had a bad experience here, but this one here is just unacceptable. I came here to get my tire replaced because I bought my tires from here. I'm just getting my car back a little before closing time at 7 PM today from June 13 at 10:45 AM. The customer service agent (initials M.A.) which I've dealt with numerous times I've always had the same miscommunication problems, misquotes, paperwork mistakes, text message mistakes for work to be done or pricing. I literally have to explain I have a warranty to get the price reduced. It's like if I didn't say anything they were gonna just charge me anything. The only reason I came here was to get the tire changed which was covered with the road hazard warranty because I bought them here. The night before I had a flat I went to a tire shop. I personally watched the guy take my tire off and put it back on with no struggle. After my car been at Audi for 24 hours and I finally get the clarification that I wouldn't be charged anything for the tire replacement, I get a call from the agent (M.A.)stating my bolt is stripped and they can't get it off first he said he noticed it was stripped and I'll have to get a extraction which would be a hour of labor which is 280 something dollars. He basically said he didn't touch it, but he did touch it. For some reason, I didn't get a video or a picture of this work that I paid $300 for. and you can see from the photograph, this is how my car was returned to me. (sidenote) the first time I dealt with this said rep M.A., I had a chain on with a medallion of a crab that represents cancer zodiac sign. He mentioned something about it. And since then we've had a miscommunication and it's like he's trying to give me a hard time. Don't know if it's because he doesn't like cancers.??? Who knows. but I know one thing I don't feel right about the interactions I've had with this rep and I definitely feel very uncomfortable about this work as you can see from the photograph. THIS is the worst customer service experience overall as a Audi customer and just being a consumer. I just paid $300 to extract a bolt that I don't believe was stripped. I believe its possible it showed signs of wear, and it's a play on a blind charge. I physically watched the last person that touched it and he didn't strip it. It came off and put back on with no problem. customer service plus the time and the misinformation and edifying I had to do about a basic tire replacement in text messages with the rep makes me not trustworthy with the integrity of this service. I feel like my bolt was not stripped and this is what took so long. I even asked the rep to make sure they leave the $300 bolt in the car. I couldn't even get that. what I get is my car returned with the cap missing in the air valve cap barely screwed on. I just don't understand what it could be. I don't understand why I've been treated like this. It feels so isolated. Look at those pictures. smh I really want my money back seriously. Even if I have to comment here every day, I will because this isn't right.
