The owner of this shop in someone who really care about his customers. I was having front end trouble and needed front tires but could not find any in town . He sent one of his guys down to u pull it to at least have me driving safe until my new tires got there. I will take my car there always.

I have read the "Complaints" They always seem to come from people who either have absolutely no automotive knowledge what so ever, and they are expecting fast turn around for lengthy work, or the more common type, the why is it so expensive crowd here in North O. Well I'm here to tell you, Car repair isn't cheap or easy. its labor extensive and usually the issue you report leads to various other failures. they are cars, they break because 90% of you don't even follow basic maintenance procedures. 85% of the 90% have no business even owning a car. so read the complaints, ponder it a while and realize even though we fix cars, and even though it is a science (Mechanical Engineering), these things require way more service than a tv commercial will tell you. oh and instead of "Getting some air" why not fix the damn tire? They do their best to keep the Junk rolling. A well established business that does the repair work at a fraction of the cost of big brand places. if you feel wronged about your repair, then take it to a major repair facility and spend lots of $$$$$ I'm sure they wont mind your business either. but if you're patient, and understanding, looking to get good quality work at a more than fair price, bring it to them.

Awesome guys. Good quick service. Had a blown trailer tire on an oversized load and these guys got me in and back on the road in under an hour. Super fair prices as well!

In and out shop. My car has never stayed in there longer than a day. No low balling, inspects the work and gives you an estimate and let's you decide what works for you. Also there is a deposit fee once the work begins

I don’t recommend going to this mechanic they didn’t tie my wheels they try to sabotaged me and wouldn’t give my keys worst service I ever been on.

I went to take my car in awhile back to get my brakes fix. After I got my car back. My car seem to still feel the same. But I trusted them that they had fixed my brakes. So I didn’t think nothing of it. Then after driving it for some time. My car started to make a noise. So I bought it back to the same place. For them to tell me that my brakes were never worked on and basically who ever did them took my money. Very unprofessional. Not only that it’s a safety concern if something were to happen. But for the manger of this place to say he can’t do nothing about it or make it right. This is just very upsetting. This place is a scam.

They are scammers they rip us off on some break pads they didn’t put them on and we went back and say they never did that for us don’t recommend getting ur car fix here

A Joke, I had to go buy them a lug key to take my tier off after a hour and a half when they told me when I got there it would be fixed in 30 min.Thanks guy's, all four of you that were on the clock doing nothing, keep up the good work, NOT!!

Disrespectful and Rude The second time they was very rude to my wife very unprofessional after my wife asking a question. They was rude and disrespect. They said get done fast. But if you ask a question about the billing they get upset. I dont if it was because we was black or what. An African American guy did come to a apologize on their behalf. But not from the person that said it. We will not be going back. That not how you treat customers especially if they are calm and not disrespectful.

My battery died and I went and got another one and had no tools to change it let alone being too old to figure it out anymore and they came across the street and fixed it for me it was my only transportation and my only way to my cancer doctor I applaud them for helping me the way they did that day thanks guys

I went to this shop because I heard grinding on the front passenger side tire. I didn't think it was my rotors because I had just had them changed almost a year ago. They told me it was inner tie rod ends that needed to be replaced. I was charged $175 in labor. I called around to other shops and found someone who would have only charged as little as $40 and the highest of $80. After I picked my vehicle up, the grinding was still there. I called down there and I was told that my sway bar links are bad, but don't need to fixed at this time, that they were fixing what was a safety issue. I took my vehicle somewhere else, because the grinding was so bad. I had a bad caliper, which in turn wore out the brake pads and ruined the rotor. How do you have the tires off and not see all of that. On top of he said they drove the car on the interstate after the repair. You drove the car and did not hear the grinding??? My sister referred me to this place, because she goes there to get her car repaired and gave me a good review about the place. My mechanic I use was booked and couldn't get us in and my car was so bad I was afraid for my safety and left the shop still feeling the same after spending over $500 for inner tie rods, oil change and a patched tire. This place ripped me off, and didn't fix or check out the issue I was complaining about. This place was very unprofessional and incompetent at looking at what one of the issues was with my vehicle. I will never go there again. Maybe I got scammed because I am a women. Women beware. They will charge you dealership prices for repairs. Again your response is very unprofessional. For one I don't have a 2014 Jeep and you did not fix any bearings on my car. If you knew how to read and comprehend you would have saw what I had fixed. As well as I said the labor was $175, I paid over $500 with parts and labor. I tell no lies in my statement. Respect that you did not get a good review from me why I just had to replace calibers, brakes and a rotor. Which your shop should have seen or heard after you supposedly took it for a test drive after you fixed the repairs.

THIS PLACE ROBBED ME. My sister recommended this place to me saying they did quality cheap work on tires and breaks so I called for a quote for breaks and two tire. They quoted me a price that was 30% cheaper then other more well known places like Firestone etc. So I brought my car in with the parts for the brakes. But when the work was finished the bill was $70 higher then the quote making it only $20 less then going somewhere else. That was irritating but fine. I paid it and left. When I was on the highway the breaks STOPPED WORKING. I drove on the shoulder till my car slowed down naturally then call the shop back in a rage. my daughter was in the car. They said that my brakes weren't working because my tire rod was also broke which they did not mention when I was in the shop. I'm not a mechanic but I know that was a boldface lie. I know the tire rod has to do with steering not brakes. So I'm arguing with them while stranded on the highway then I just give up and call a tow truck. I have my car towed to a shop that I trust but they are really expensive. The new shop told me that that my tire rod was fine but my brakes were a mess and that I basically need my brakes reinstalled. I was shocked and very upset. The new shop said Florence Tires might as well just have put the brake parts in the back seat for how badly they were installed. So in short they stole my MONEY, TIME and worst of all they put me and my daughter's LIFE in danger. I'm thinking of a lawsuit.
