My tire fell off. I've been going here for years, my family has gone here for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else for tires. They change the prices all the time. Boss will tell you one thing, then his workers will tell u another. And I honestly never cared about the fluctuating prices. I had 2 used tires put on the front of my car. The usual worker put on my drivers side front tire and a newer guy put on the passenger side front tire. I took the highway from the shop to get to walmart but as I got off the highway I noticed the car was making a weird sound so I pulled over to check, didnt notice what was wrong and tried to turn into a driveway to U turn. Boom my drivers side tire fell completely off. I had to get it towed and the tow truck guys told me they had put the wrong lugs on. The lugs didnt even go to my car. The tow truck guys ended up taking 1 lug from every other tire and putting my tire back on that way. No one besides this tire shop had touched any of my vehicles tires. The usual guy put on this specific tire. How do I have the wrong lugs on? How did the worker not notice he put on the wrong lugs? He wasnt a newbie. What if my tire fell off while I was on the highway? I cant do anything about it because they only take cash and there are no receipts offered. Do yourself a favor and just go 1 block over to the big red shop. They take card, give receipts, and stay open later. P.s. I know when I buy a used tire it's not going to last long or be in the best condition but at one point they "helped me out" by selling me a used tire for 45 when it's usually 50 bc I was low on funds and the same day it was flat after work. I had to get it patched. Same day. Idk why I didnt stop going to this shop then 🤦‍♀️ I figured mistakes happen n I hadn't had much incident with them before that 🤷‍♀️ like I said my family's been coming here for years, idk what's going on with them bt this was completely unacceptable.

If i could give this business 0 starts i would . Friday afternoon i bought a tire from FLORES TIRE SHOP @ 836 N zarzamora st ! !DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! as a last minute because i was going to mexico which was stated to this person that is why i needed a new tire ! I have my 5 year old daughter! Their is no way i would be any type of cheap for my daughters or my safety! . This person stated it was new multiple times ! . I bought it from him because i had personally bought 4 new tires from him which were new & in good shape ! This is why i went back and he new i would pay . He sold me a messed up tire 🛞 to the point it went straight up flat which i had to purchase another tire making it me loose on $130 . ! He DID NOT WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AFTER I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW TIRE FROM SOMEONE ELSE WHICH I SHOULDNT HAVE DONE WHEN I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT ONE FROM THEM . in his own words he basically said “i care more about my money then my business “ because me as a business owner myself could never ! As well as he tried to blame his workers ! Which atleast his workers did own up to their mistake stating they did sell me a messed up tire .

They were life savers and so sweet!! On our trip to SA we got a flat, on top of that it was on a Sunday when almost EVERY tire shop was CLOSED. I called ahead and they gave me the good news that they had what I needed. They were so quick and courteous, I am sold! This is our new place to go! Do not underestimate local businesses! These guys were great!!

Went there to have rotors and caliper installed. Brought the parts there. Found out in the middle of the work that the parts store sold me a defective part. They gave me a ride to the parts store to exchange so they could finish the work. That was very nice of them. They did a great job. Highly recommend them. Bring your cash. It's cash only

Had 2 tires replaced about 3 weeks ago. Other employees charged me $12.00 per tire. No Problem. Not week later, the owner was there and I brought in another tire. This time the owner had charged me $18.00. I thought prices had increased. Another week went by, took another tire, the owner was NOT there. Employee charged me $12.00. I asked if that was regular price, employee said yes. I told him owner was there last week, and charged me $18.00. Employee told me owner charges what he wants. I had 4 tire changes and balance. The price should have been the same price. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The owner's father was a fair and reasonable businessman. Son is a crook. To be clear, I did not buy tires from this shop. I had flats fixed. I was charged $12.00 to fix the flats. A week later, I took another tire to be fixed, (not purchasing another tire), just patched. The son gave a higher price, while the workers charged a lower price. Either way, I'm not going there again. The father was a fair businessman.
