I love Florin Auto Centre. They are extremely professional, honest and kind. They did my front and rear brakes on my Lexus RX350. The work was completed in a timely manner. I completely trust Florin Auto with my Lexus. I'm very appreciative of their diligence and attention to detail on my Lexus. They’re awesome if you’re looking for a good repair shop I would definitely suggest this place. I came in today suspecting my batteries went bad, I had to jump my car twice last night thankfully I was able to start it up and drive there after trying to recharge it last night by driving 30 something minutes. Asked them for their price for batteries check and first mentioned that autozone and o’reily’s offer it for free but their service $45 checks for alternator and other stuff as well. My car fully won’t start so I had them do it and mentioned if my batteries needs replacement asked for their pricing he said he will be happy to waived their fee for the battery check service if the battery will need replacement. They even found some stuff that needs replacing and I mentioned that I just went to a different place for an oil change a week ago and never mentioned anything. I was aware of 1 of the thing needs replacing because the other place broke it after doing my oil change but the other no mention whatsoever. So yeah come to this place they are honest and have fair pricing.

I was very happy with the work they performed on my car. Very quick turnaround and the customer service was great. Prices were reasonable. This was the first time going here and I will be going back to them.

Had my car in for a faulty radiator fan and they told me it was the fuse box relay they got the job done with a fair price and a reasonable time. Thank you whoever worked on my car she runs great again.

Took my '06 Tundra in for Tune up, Oil Change, PCV Valve, Air Filter, Rear Brake Service and a few other miscellaneous items. The work was done perfectly and all within 24hrs. Brandon was great with Customer Service and kept me informed and updated the whole time. Muhammad runs a great shop with qualified and competent Mechanics and Technicians. I called and spoke with Bo, he asked yr/make/model and what I needed, which was a wheel alignment. It was reasonably priced and could be done that same day, which was perfect for me. (I had called other places where they gave me a pricier price 🙄 for two wheel or four wheel alignment and was appointment based.) Bo said they typically do all four wheels and asked if I could take it and drop it off. He was pleasant and straight forward. He also gave me a wheel alignment report showing what adjustments were made. I will use their services again when my car needs it. Thank you Bo 👍🏼and thank you, to the mechanic who aligned my car✌🏽! Got my car back Approximately 2 hrs later 😃 1/1/24 Went back to F.A.C. to have them install a battery I purchased. They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. These guys are spectacular. Car repairs are stressful and expensive, in addition to being afraid of being overcharged. I felt immediately at ease from the moment I walked in. I had a major repair and they had me in and out in 24 hours. I will absolutely be back for any future repairs and will recommend them without reservation to everyone I know. If you are looking for bad service then this is the place for you. the manager is very slow and gave me a price of 160 for a wheel which costs 104. let them make money but not on me.

Went in an hour and a half before they closed and stood waiting in their lobby and received no help. A couple workers in the shop made eye contact with me but didn’t ask how they could help, then I heard one of them say “I’m just ready to go home” so I took the hint and left.

10/24/23 Brought my 2019 Honda Fit for a diagnostic check for some noise I was hearing and Jose who attended me has always been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been coming to Florin Auto Center for 10 plus years, I have always been 💯% satisfied with any work performed on all my cars. Took my Sonata in for a check engine light. No appointment needed. Checked the code, cleared it and found there might be a recall campaign. Suggested I take it to the dealer and did not charge me! Clean shop, great customer service.

The owner handled my 2009 Smart for two Passion removed and replaced my alternator like a professional and the cost was reasonable. The owner was easy to speak with and then later realized replacing the alternator in such a small vehicle was more work than he realized. The owner did not change his price or add other services that I did not need to cover the job. I am appreciative his business did not take me for an emotional financial ride.

I have been using this shop since my kids were little. They are all grown adults now, and they take their cars there also. I had so many unpleasant (dishonest) experiences prior to finding this shop. Muhammad, Jose, and all the employees are honest about what my car needs, what it doesn't need, and what can wait if my finances are tight at the moment. Prices are reasonable (certainly far better than going to the dealer!), and unless the work is complicated, it's completed the same day. I will never go anywhere else!
