Everyone was so nice to the greeting to assessing my car. As a woman I am always scared that someone is trying to scam me, but they were honest with the invoice they gave me, gave me plenty of options that were cost efficient and beneficial for my needs and for the overall care for my car. They even offered me a deal stating if I bought a part from auto-zone they would cut the pricing for my car. I was in and out, granted my bumper just needed to be clipped on, but it took no longer than 20 minutes (maybe even shorter). The gentleman helped me a lot and saved me a lot of money.

Office staff was very professional and courteous. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The turn around time from ordering the parts and then completing the work was very reasonable. If you are looking for any work to be done give Flower city a call!

Save yourself some time and come here first. Every place before coming here was a waste of time. Flower city collision went above and beyond to make sure my car was done right and worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have spend a dollar. Hopefully I don’t need to come back anytime soon. So I originally went in for an oil change and Zach noticed my muffler was hanging pretty low on my 08 impala. He offered to take a close look and comes to find out it was barely hanging on! Muffler was nearly rusted completely off my car smh. But he hooked me up with a nice deal to weld it back on for me and even threw in a tire cuz he also noticed I needed one! Helluva guy and will always have my business from here on out!

Very friendly and helpful. Dealing with an accident is difficult, but they made it all go smoothly. The quality of the work done on my car was absolutely first rate and it was done in a very reasonable time frame. I highly recommend them.

fixed my Cadillac where I get hit in the rear quarter, front fender, bumper and hood and paint matched perfectly. was a no hassle and straight to the point. thank you Zak, Matt and Brett and who ever painted it Because I'm extremely happy and the vehicle looks beautiful. highly recommended. They also fixed my sons car after his accident. Great service. Definitely repeat customer 👌

After my wife hit a deer in her new car, my insurance sent me to a different shop that said they couldn’t even look at the car for 30 days or more. I looked around and found flower city. They got the car in and got the estimate to my insurance within 4 days. The job was excellent and the car looks exactly like it did when we drove it off the lot. Incredibly pleased with the service. Staff was courteous and communicative. Give this veteran owned business a shot, you won’t regret it.

Amazing shop!!!! They made my car look brand new. Car had severe damage on rear passenger door and quarter panel. Parts were replaced and painted to match color of car perfectly, and front door was painted to blend the old and new paint. Done so well you can't tell. Car was detailed sparkling clean after works done. Highest level of professional work. Friendly staff. Hopefully I won't need to but I would certainly use them again for body work.

Got in a rear end in my all white 2019 Chevy blazer . This my first time getting in an accident so didn’t really know what to expect but Zac and his staff took great care of me and made the process really smooth. Even stayed later to make sure I was able to pick up my care do to me getting out of work later then expected. Car look as good as when I bought it was really pleased with the service

I got in a accident and heard about flower city collision on the radio, and took my 2006 Honda civic in the service was great and I was able to get a rental in the meantime as well. I appreciate the work Zac and his crew did on my car with a new door , front bumper & side panel can't tell anything ever happened to it

I took my 2014 mercedes c300 to flower city collision. Heard the advertisement on the radio. Had to go in because I got into an accident. Zac and his staff took care of everything. Even got me a rental! He made my experience a lot easier. The staff was awesome and communicated through the whole process. I was so excited when you got it back. With a brand new mirror painted the exact color just made the car look brand new. I highly recommend them for any auto collision repairs!

I was in a car accident and came here for my repairs to my front panels, tires, rear mirrors, and door on my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I chose this place because of the reviews on color matching, which they did a great job on because my car is a opal kind of white diamond color and they matched pretty perfectly. When I spoke with Don about a date to come in I was told it could take up to a week for my repairs and I would be contacted when my car was finished. I dropped my car off on August 29th after hours. I didn’t hear anything so I called the week of September 19th for an update and was told my car was ready for pick up and I picked it up on September 23rd. The rear mirror had not been replaced and the tires were not fixed so I had to bring it back on September 26th. I was promised communication on when my car would be complete. They had me come out again that week after I called for an update stating it was ready but it still had paint spatter and the tire still hadn’t been done. Then the guy had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to take the car home, like “no its not finished.” I have an app where I can see if my car has been driven and how many miles on my phone. My car was driven an mile on September 29th. On October 4th I was contacted by the manager that my car had rolled off, while the wheel was off being repaired, and hit the fence damaging the front fender and they were going to repair it at no cost to me. I shared my concerns and disappointment with the communication and quality of work with the manager. He stated he would look over the car and call me when it was complete. They called the next day, October 5th, to tell me that the car was done, I asked several times if they were sure because this would be the fourth time I had commuted out there just for my car not to be finish properly. They said it was. I came on October 5th everything was done but the panel on my doors had some marks so they had to order those on backorder, which wasn’t his fault nothing we can do about availability. Finally got that completed sometime end of October, Early November. Man this was a whole journey trying to get my car corrected. I had to start bringing my father with me because some places blow women off and I just didn’t know why I wasn’t being communicated with and why I kept getting rush job when they had my car for an ample amount of time. It was very frustrating 2 month process. Overall my car is pretty but the customer service wasn’t the best experience with me constantly having to call them, not getting accurate updates, and things just not being done when I was told it was. I ended up taking it back to my Mitsubishi vendor for a check up and everything checked out, insides and everything was still as it had been from the factory and in tact.
