Look folks, let me explain this clearly. I have been out here in Wyoming for the last 4 years, the gals from Mrs Julie, Mrs Christina, and Mrs Ashley ( I know that I am forgetting others ), but I don't deal with them on a regular basis. EVERYONE here at Floyd's Freightliner in Gillette has treated me and my doggie "Baby" like family from day 1, 4 years ago. I have never been treated like this anywhere in 35 years of my driving career. Baby and I just want to say "THANK YOU" to all the folks at Floyd's. Thank you also to the mechanic for letting me borrow your pry bar when you could have easily said "NO" but just like everyone else, you sir treated us with respect and one mechanic to another......"THANK YOU". MAY YOU ALL AT FLOYD'S HAVE A JOYOUS HOLIDAY SEASON!!!! May 2025 be prosperous for EVERYONE

The parts girls have been amazing to work with. Any hard to find parts they say that they will get back with me, and I have always received a call back on parts availability. They have even sent me to a competitor when they didn't have the correct part in stock. Thanks Ashley, Christina and Julie.

Fantastic all the way around. Our RV had a “Stop Engine” light so had to be towed 118 miles from between Two Sleep and Buffalo. Andrew welcomed us; Carson was the assigned tech. Started work in the morning and was ready to go by early afternoon. they allowed us to stay overnight using their 20amp pedestal. Excellent service, nice waiting area. Free snacks, cookies, coffee, etc.

The folks at Floyd’s are awesome! Everyone we spoke with was very pleasant and accommodating. We pulled in with an issue on our RV. Lane pulled us in and started troubleshooting. Although everything he checked and verified he couldn’t find the problem. They only charged us for one hour of diagnostics although we were there far more. The lounge was clean and offered plenty of drinks and snacks during our stay. Highly recommend Floyd’s!

Awesome staff! I was stuck in an RV with a defective DEF head. Service and parts got me turned around in the fastest possible time. It is rare that you find a dealer that will accommodate a visiting owner as this group did. Thank you all for getting me back on the road so fast. Ken St Jean

My husband and I were on our way out west when we realized we were in need to get our engine serviced on our Freightliner M2 Chassis (Renegade Verona LE). Not only did they do a wonderful job and were efficient but they also found out we had a recall that needed to be addressed and parts needed to be ordered. This obviously was something we needed to have taken care of but it pushed us back a day. This is where their customer service really showed why they are top notch. They provided a lounge for us to relax with our two pups and get some work done. In the afternoon we got our SuperC back and were invited to camp for the night on the property by a field. We had a peaceful night and the next day we just had to wait for the part to arrive and a few hours later we were set to go. Everything we needed to get done was taken care off and the process was smooth. Highly recommend Floyd’s Truck Service if you are in this area and need anything addressed on your chassis.

I had a horrible experience at this place. Was broken down from Highway went there and I got qouted 1900 for problems I didn’t had. When I declined I paid 600$ just because they looked at the truck for a hour. The woman infront at service desk are bored of their job and take it out on the customer. They have little knowledge about the job and are worst customer service. You don’t have much choice if broken down in area. But go to cummins in same town for better service for your money.

as a long time driver and now responsible for fleet maintenance at our company, I have nothing but good things to say about Floyd's We had a truck towed in from Sheridan with a CPC4 module issue, and we needed some scheduled service, Kristy got our truck in and we were taken care of extremely well, Nick and Kristy are definitely a credit to this Organization
