These guys were a lifesavers!! I broke down at the flying J and I needed some fuel filters and air filter. They took their time to call the various parts stores to coordinate the arrangement of having them delivered the next day. They are very helpful and competitive with their pricing. I also purchased the battery from them and some other stuff. Thanks to David, Alex, and Tim. I was able to troubleshoot my issues and get back on the road. Thank you team Floyd’s/Freightliner for helping me out when I really needed to get home!!!🙏😊

Been out here for 35 years, had bought a brand new 2025 Western Star, had an issue with the fuel system, had to be towed in to Floyd's truck center in Rock springs Wyoming, the general manager as well as Lindsay Golden service writer and shop foreman Dan Standish . We're very polite, understanding, professional, as well as eager to resolve my problems. I can see where they are an asset to a great company. Wish more companies had people of this caliber working for them. I can't give them enough credit or praise for what they have done for me. Thank you so much for the great job and being there for me. Floyd’s Truck center got me in and done in a timely fashion. Ashley did my write up she was polite and professional. I would highly recommend this place if you need truck repairs. Great group of people. 5 star establishment.

I understand they were busy or maybe understaffed but feel they weren’t very upfront with us. We dropped our truck off first thing Monday morning. It was not looked at until late Tuesday for diagnosis. But even with that they still didn’t actually diagnose it. Wednesday we were pretty much at the same point but they thought it would be done Thursday morning. By Thursday afternoon we were still pretty much at the same point so our company was going to send us to get a loaner in Denver. My company and I agreed to wait til closing to see if they got it done. At 4:30 it was almost done. They said it was the transmission breather tube and it took about an hour. This very simple repair costed our company thousands in time and hotels. I just wish they would have been more transparent and honest. Even upon completion they said there was no notes in their system for the work that was done.

This was the best freightliner I’ve ever visited. I came in Monday morning needing a brand new radiator, and my truck was complete the next morning. The customer service was top tier . Ashley was so nice and helped with anything I needed. Thank y’all for putting me back in the game 😎

Check engine came on in my motorhome. Made an appointment to have this checked out. A DFT sensor was bad. They were able to find it in town and replaced it. They were able to make the repairs in 6 hours. The service department was outstanding! Very professional, communication's were outstanding. They kept me updated on the progress. Fair price and quality of work was great. If you need work on your diesel motorhome, Highly recommend you go here! Thank you Ashley and Lindsey in the service department!

Stay away !!!!! If you are an operator or anyone else who is spending by himself, this place will overcharge you on labor. Lady's name, Ashley. She tried to show you being nice with you, but after the 1st diagnosis, she kept coming back for an extra job on your truck, and she kept adding labor hours. Even everything they find out that's part of your 1st diagnosed. If the job is done in 2 hour they will charge you for 8 hours. Boz, you can't see the truck in the bay . They took in my truck 8'o clock, and I saw my truck parked outside 2'o clock. So all 6 hours , it might be out at 1 or noon but I saw at 2 pm. But she was still charging me 7 hour labor. When I questioned, she got mad n cane down to 6.5 hours. But I said no . How it's 6 hours, then she started making new stories, but 8 am to 2 pm is simple math . I clearly told her I m not letting her charge me extra. That's a clear scam. How can you charge me extra ? Then she came down at 6 hours n I paid n left. N checked the job they have done. That's max, max 2 hours. Plus shop supply charges n misc . Total bill I paid $2308. Only for sensor n 2 tiny harnesses. Try to avoid this place as much as you can . I am editing this review after reading your reply. And I would only say SHAME ON YOU. this is a lie. There was no Regan and if there was a Regan then you are the people who never negotiate a penny. Another lie which prove that you are here to rob innocent people. Shame on you again. And you adjusted only 1 hour not hours . Understand. That's true. This is how you have you lie n lie again to prove that you are honest. Be fair. Plz do not lie .

While at a rest stop just outside of Rock Springs, WY, we noticed we had a leaking hub seal on our 45’ motor home. We called Floyd’s to see if they could check it out for us. They told us to bring in & they could see if they could fix. Once we arrived, (within a 1/2 hour) validated the issue, and resolved our issue that day, and didn’t delay our travels. Staff was exceptional.

Had computer issues on the road called Floyd's talked to Lindsey she said come on in they will look at it. Arrived 45 minutes after the call. Went in and seen Ashley she had a tech come out and hook up diagnostic he made a few changes and I was good to go. In and out in 35 minutes. Awesome job !!! Ladies in service department are awesome, tech is super nice. Will stop back in for a service with Floyd's at exit 104 Rock Springs WY.. Thank you for the rapid diagnostic..

Took my diesel rig in for service 5/24. Parts had to be ordered, so service was delayed. Got the final bill and some of the service was not done, another delay. Then there was a 3% cc surcharge. Not too excited about the service.

I personally want to personally thank Dan the lead tech there. The took care of my husband very good on his truck and help you mount on understanding what he need to do to fix the problem that he was having it on his DEF system these guys are very professional and I recommend anybody out there that's looking for a good mechanic to go to this place in Rock springs. Talked to Ashley from Service DP We had a situation that my truck broke down I called service department and I was able to reach Ashley from service she immediately explain to me everting regarding rates and how we will precede with the repairs and scheduling the repair. The price this guy gave me over the phone on a simple fuel rail? I almost fell out of the truck. Considering the one that was on the truck started leaking where it had been machine beveled when built at factory. I guess it happens to these DD fuel rails.

The receptionist are friendly and nice places clean there’s a lounge there’s a TV there’s coffee but mechanics here are slow. I had some DEF pump issue and all they had to do is diagnose it and replace it if there’s issue with a def pump. They had everything in stock and still took them 24 hours. I was there at 9 AM. And I left at 12 noon the next day. Thanks to the lazy mechanics here. My delivery load is delayed now and my return load also got canceled. Deliver a load which normally takes three days now it’s gonna take me six days. All thanks to this place.
