Best customer service experience I have ever had. I called thinking that I would be paying to get my car towed to the dealership but instead this business saved me at least $650 dollars because they were able to fix my key so I would not have to buy a new one from a dealership and pay for the key plus programing.

Came out and took care of me on a Sunday night took really good care to tie up my broken driveshaft. Instead of letting it drag the ground. I could not be happier with the service. 5 stars I would recommend to anyone

Great service very friendly and knowledgeable. Was waiting all day for tow trucks and kept getting cancelled or they weren't able to complete the job. FM towing came to the rescue and was able to tow my vehicle no problem even at a late hour. Definitely recommended for any towing needs!

This man was truly a blessing tonight to me and my family. We have no family in town but me my husband and our children so believe me when I tell you he was heaven sent. Every other place we called was ridiculous high and wait time was outrageous. I had just worked a 12 hour shift when my husband and two year old picked me up and boom our spare tire busted and when I say he got there in 20 minutes and got my car safely to my destination I’m forever grateful and will always use this tow company and will recommend to everyone that I know thank you so much.

Fahmi is incredible, such a great personality. Was having an absolutely terrible night, stranded in downtown cincinnati at 3am, absolutely no other tow company had anyone available. Fahmi got to us in 20 minutes, had a great sense of humor, helped us get the car prepped for towing (and taught us a few things along the way). Don’t even waste your time with other tow companies. Late at night, daughter’s car breaks down 30mins from home. Call insurance they can’t get a tow til next morning. See FM Towing and see it has a high approval rating. Now I know why. He towed her car, then got her fixed and driving home the next day. He truly took care of us!!!

I went through my insurance to have my car towed home. FM Towing called me immediately after taking on the job as well as several other times throughout the evening to keep me updated. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm so thankful they got my vehicle back home for me. I would absolutely use them again!
