Sister took her car there today. 2016 chevy spark. They hooked her car up, they said they drove it and they couldnt fined anything. My sister told them (Yes i know my car) well they came up with conclusion it was thermostat. After a long day, foley calls my sister to let her know car is ready for pick up. After paying almost $500 she picks up car and almost home, car starts smoking. Of course they were closed. Come on you dont see what happened. Drops car off at 8am and car is ready around closing time. I feel that thet played that one. My sister is out of a car, out $500 and its a holiday monday! Ive heard nothing but bad things about this place! No more taking advantage of hard working people mr foley! No more! Getting better business involved, amongs other people that feed off people that take advantage of people.

I really would not take my car to Foleys. In January 2019 entrusted Foley to rebuild my engine in my 08 Chevy Cobalt for $3000. Within 2 years and only 3000 later car would shake and check engine would remain on. Would take my car to Foleys for all oil changes and they would never diagnose the car. Only said it was nothing damaging and not to worry. I drove the car with no worries, check engine light on and all. Car begin dying out a lot and roadside mentioned I might need a new engine?? After a couple roadside calls, was Diagnosed as the timing chain had broken and was getting no tension. I'm sure Foley could have seen this if they had inspected the vehicle thoroughly when I would complain about the loud shake. Felt I really got taken advantage of with this $3000 engine with some old parts!!!

Went in due to metal lodged in wheel well & gentleman looked under car and said it was fine. Felt because I was a woman & the fix would not be very expensive it was not with their time. Took my car to Big O instead. Will not be going back.

I took my Truck to 2 different shops and they couldn't figure out what was going wrong with.The FOLEY'S knew what it was two hours after they had it in their shop got me together had my truck the next day runs great

Ive been using them for more than 15 years and have never had to take my car back for a redo. They are very honest about what needs to be fixed and the repairs are done very quickly.

A family member brought her Buick to Foley’s for a radiator replacement. It was a $750 repair. She then noticed a transmission fluid leak (within a few days of the service) and brought it back to Foleys to have it checked out. The fittings to the transmission cooler line weren’t tight. (On the radiator that THEY installed days prior..) they charged $160 to diagnose and fix the repair. It’s not like it was an unrelated issue. It should have been up to them to correctly repair this in the first place. I would not recommend this shop.

I have used Foley Automotive for over twenty years. They have done everything from an engine replacement to an oil change. Royce and Mike Foley are friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Try them and you will like them.

I was having issues with my Hyundai's suspension/shocks, the team did research to find the issue and quickly was able to find a fix. They were great with service and very fast. The price was very fair. I am so happy with my experience!

My back driver side brake was leaking fluid real bad. I took my car to Foley's. They called to tell me what was wrong and what it cost. I had my car back later, same day! Very happy with the work, the communication, and the time it took to get my car back!

This is one of the best places for car repairs in the South end. Friendly, knowledgeable, and car repair was fixed without having to bring it back again. Been doing business with them for years.

If you need automotive service or repairs other than installed assist equipment for disabled modified vehicles this is the place to go. They understand how to make repairs normally done by a dealership without damaging sensitive computer and controls.

Foley Automotive had been the Go-to place for me and my family for over a decade. Why? Because they're honest, and do a high quality job. People are often skeptical of neighborhood mechanic shops, but Foley's is the one place you can trust! Perhaps part of their great service is that they make sure their staff have the opportunity for family time. With that being said, it's important to know that they are closed every weekend. But the work-life balance pays off. I have recommended Foley's to all of my family and friends and all of them have been please the service they received. You will too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been coming to Foleys since I had my first car... 5 cars later and I still love them as much as the first day. Very understanding, heartfelt and will help as much as possible. The team is amazing and will explain it to you step by step, my favorite part, they tell you your options BEFORE THEY WORK ON YOUR CAR. other places tell you the worst and charge arm and leg. Prices are decent but please remember they are a LOCAL repair shop not a dealership or chain. Sometimes they are cheaper soemtimes a lil more, but one thing they are always is professional and know their stuff.
