Great service. Some unexpected things came up and Christian handled it all very professionally. I’m impressed by their ability to work through unexpected things. It says a lot about this place. Everyone I encountered there was on the same page and also professional. They got me in quick for an appointment as well when Chapel Hill didn’t even return my calls. Thank you all for the positive experience.

Parts department is a joke. We will call you when parts come in. Several times no call. I get from parts person I didn't know parts were in. What a joke.

Service was great day of, until we realized that night after our van had been serviced that damage had been done to our tires during the tire rotation. After attempting to get a hold of the services office numerous times, no contact has been made back to resolve the issue. Will not be returning.

Zach Barton did such a Great Job as my Service advisor!!! THANK YOU ZACH very thorough and helpful with all my questions. Tech was very nice and thorough when he sent me my video really good customer service ask for Zach Barton. I had a much better experience with him than I did with a young kid … aka Jake I BELEIVE…. I will return and I will ask for Zach Barton THANK YOU PHIL LONG FORD in motor city 🙂

They were supposed to fix the vehicle at our house but something went wrong and no one showed. The service department apologized profusely and got us right in. We hung out in their nice waiting room and watched TV for 30 minutes and we were done. Friendly staff.

Took my truck in to get a diagnostic/possible repairs for some issues I’ve been having. It stayed over the weekend and when I went to pick it up and drive home I had noticed the door was attempted to be broken into. I can no longer lock my doors or even use my key remote. This leaves anyone to open up my truck, open my garage and now break into my house. The dome lights are now flashing as well, making my vehicle extremely unsafe to drive at night. After I noticed the incident I immediately attempted to contact the service center and could not get ahold of anyone to discuss this issue. I then made a police report and was called back by the service manager. The service manager said there is nothing they can do and to go through my insurance or pay $700 and they’ll fix it. I have attempted to contact the general manager as well, but they have been out for the last week. After doing research and seeking legal advice, Phil Long Ford is liable for the damages that happened to my vehicle while it was in their possession. Complaints have been made with the BBB as well as Corporate, and if these complaints do not get the issue resolved it will be going to small claims court.

Greg from Ford/Lincoln's mobile-service team provided exceptional service when he came to our house for maintenance. He efficiently performed a tire rotation, oil change, software update, and recall repair. Throughout the process, he was not only very nice and respectful but also highly informative about the services he was carrying out. I wouldn't hesitate to have Greg work on my car again; his professionalism and expertise were truly commendable.

REVISED - I received a call from the service manager apologizing for the mishap. He assured me that he had a talk with all of the techs, and are trying to improve their quality and time frame. I appreciate the fact that they pay attention to their reviews, and try to solve any issues. They also steam cleaned the truck where the oil had leaked. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Had scheduled an appointment at their Quick lane. It still took 2 hours plus. Drove back home, less than 5 miles, and parked. Came out a couple hours later to leave and saw oil on the driveway. They did not tighten the oil filter. Called the service advisor, he said bring it in the next morning. All they did was wipe of the oil filter. This is not the first time this has happened here.

Took my f150 truck to get the diffs and transfer case serviced. I was attended by Zach who was very courtes and polite through out the entire process and kept me informed frequently.

I greatly appreciated meeting Tom. He made my experience very pleasant with all the traffic going on. Tom took his time with me, in every step of my visit. Everyone else that I have had contact with at Phil Long has been a great experience.

I scheduled through their website and arrived at the service center to find it closed. This is the second time this has happened with this Ford location. If you schedule online double check the operating hours. I’ve had regular maintenance done here multiple times now and the service has been good. 3 stars for wasted time driving to the center to find it closed during my scheduled date and time.

Started off with a representative calling me to say they were picking up my car, but I had an appointment to drop it off. Then i was called back to see if i was bringing in 2 cars. I was not. Third call was to say sorry, wrong customer, please bring your car in as planned. Went over what needed to be done with the service advisor. I was never informed they were going to keep my car overnight. Since I worked the weekend. I had asked them to leave the car key in the car and I would pay over the phone and get my car back after work on Sunday night. The paperwork in the car was with another customer's name and address. I had already asked them to change my name on the account. They also put in the paperwork that something was not done because they didn't have the part. That was never discussed with me on the phone. Because the paperwork had the wrong name and address I had to go through and make sure the proper service was done on my car. I did leave a message for the service advisor and I never heard back from anybody. Susan ADDENDUM: Sept 11, 2023 Morgan with Phil Long Ford contacted me, apologized for my subpar experience with the Dealership and made an appointment for me to get my service completed without any additional cost to me. She arranged for pickup and drop-off service so as not to inconvenience me. Very professional and I will be back for any future service. Thank you, Morgan, for getting me taken care of! Susan
