Had a recall on my Explorer... They reached out & scheduled the repair/recall appointment and had my SUV ready to take home by that afternoon. Chris who helped me was awesome.

My service adviser was very efficient and shared each step of the way. When completed, we went through the invoice line item by line item to make sure I knew what was completed.

Text updates were not working properly. I was not notified my car was ready and when I called end of day Assoc were leaving and told me they would look into it Sat morning and call me at 830 am. No call. I called at 9 and all they said was my care was done and paperwork is at cashier. My Assoc was off on weekends so I was chasing with multiple phone calls Sat AM to find that info out before my ride drove me out to Ford. I fought for a 20% discount and at least got that.

I had to have recall work done on my vehicle. They came to my place of employment to conduct the work. They were very good at communicating with me about the arrival of the technician. Jesus came out and performed the recall work. He was very prompt, friendly, and professional. Most of all, I didn’t have to take off any time off from work to have this done. Very satisfied with this service!
