I recently visited Downtown Ford for a brake replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My service advisor, Jesse Clark, was outstanding. Jesse was super attentive as soon as we arrived! We came in for a recall and Jesse ensured that would have it fixed that day. And continued to keep communication throughout the process. Once we got the car back he went over all the findings mechanical wise. A class service!! Good to have an experience with you guys!!

Ford of DTLA is where I take my bronco for service. I have always received the best attention from the staff. On my last service Jesse helped me out and resolved an issue really quick. I also get my car on time or before. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Experience! The Rep at the service center Mr Rivera was amazing and super helpful. Made sure drop off and pick up after my service was a very fast process. Kept me updated through out the whole time they had my Vehicle.

Tech needs to show his work on video not just a 5 second snippet with voice of what was completed. Mercedes techs do a way better job across the street. Same owner of both location. Oil was left on painted front fender surfaces. But service seems great thus far. There is always room for improvement like caring More about owners cars In regards to the simple things described above. Thanks

I absolutely love Ford of Downtown LA!!! After a disappointing experience with Ford of Montebello I brought my 2018 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid to Ford DTLA and dealt with Alisa in the service department. I had done my research and Google said my hybrid system/transmission was covered for 8yrs or 100k miles and I was within that range. She told me it would be like $250 to scan the car and do an assessment which was fine. On day seven she texts me to come pick up the car it’s fixed, and even offered to send a car if I didn’t have a ride. I asked how much the bill was and she said zero that it was covered under warranty. The car was bought used and it was not a “certified” or had any extended warranty. Just the factory warranty. I was already looking for lemon law lawyers, Independent mechanics etc. wondering how I’m gonna pay a 4K repair bill. And was floored to find out it was zero!! Not even the $250 I had agreed to!! Love this dealership!! I even asked Alisa to call me a sales guy to see about trading it in. She call Darrius who showed us several possible trades. No more hybrids for me, we couldn’t make a deal but I highly recommend DTLA Ford to anyone for their service and integrity!!

Service Advisor, Jesse, was professional and pleasantly compassionate for my vehicle’s status and condition. He provided some general updates and assured me that the maintenance service and other items I elevated would be looked into and service as appropriate. My vehicle needed to stay overnight however Jesse was helpful in securing a ride to rent a car and kept me abreast.
