Fort Worth Auto is amazing! They are very friendly and reliable. They make you feel like family and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. They thoroughly checked out my truck, identified what was wrong, explained it to me (to include showing me the busted thermostat) and repaired it quickly. Fort Worth Auto Garage was great to work with! After explaining to Phil how Christian brothers was going to charge me almost $1500 for get my valve cover gaskets replaced, he was able to ensure he could do it for less than $500 and he delivered. Overall a great and helpful company with quick and friendly responses!

Ben, Phil, and Jared were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable about my vehicle and went the extra mile to find the problem areas and repair them. Another chain shop quoted $3500 to do the repairs and they were going to repair the wrong part. Phil and Jared found the actual issues and it cost 1/2 what the other shop quoted. Would highly recommend this shop!

Car Type: Honda Odyssey 2019 Issues: Several. Most prominent: Transmission system failure. Hello Ben and Phil - Thank you! You guys are amazing technicians for complex auto issues, but above all, it is clear from my interactions with you - you are good, honest people. Took me years to figure out I never needed the free coffee, the breakfast / lunch burritos and the comfy sofa seaters (Read: Honda setvice centers) - I needed a no frill, no nonsense, honest, cost effective shop that does everything they promise. I was really nervous going in that the noises my brakes were making would cost me a fortune to fix. But, Phil was awesome. He had me drop it off at the end of the day (covered my Uber ride hm) & called me 1st thing the next morning & explained what was wrong & how much it would be to fix. It was all so simple, fast & way cheaper than expected. I would highly recommend. I went in based on reviews & ended up having a 5 star experience ;)

I went to FW Auto because of the overall 4.9 google review. When I got to FW Auto, Phil diagnosed my problem on the spot. He had to order the part and they replaced it. In all took about 2 hours with no appointment and the price was very reasonable. The 4.9 overall review is justified!!

I’ve been using the shop for over 10 years. They’ve always given me a fair price. I’ve always done excellent work and even an emergency they put me ahead of one of a customer so that I could take care of my family. Unlike other shops that want to diagnose your problem, they go looking for it would recommend them highly
