Rafael received my car on early Thursday afternoon, diagnosed the problem with a quote and at 5:00pm the following day he was calling to let us know it was finished & ready to pick up. My car set as an “experiment” IMO for 14 months at a hometown shop. This was not a simple fix by all means but rates and diagnosing it without “guessing” what the issue was, made a big difference. Definitely my go to for any further issues and services!

Rafael was super friendly and took great care of my F31. Great maintenance advice on how to make the car last and gave me good recommendations on future service. Also this shop has the best waiting room you will ever experience. Couch comfort is 20/10

Rafael has been taking excellent care of my 2014 BMW X3 for years. Once my car was out of warranty, going to area dealerships for service was astronomical. l decided to try Fort Worth Autowerks. Can't say enough great things about Fort Worth Autowerks. I sent a request for repair through the website concerning the issue with my BMW. Raphael responded quickly and knew exactly what my issue was. He then provided me an accurate quote and gave a date to come in. My repair was completed on time and Rafael also took the time print out some open recalls I had on my vehicle. To say that I am impressed with his service is an understatement. Also, he has great technology that keeps you updated on the program, lets you know when your car is ready, and also allows you to pay electronically using your phone or computer. Amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!

Extremely pleased with Fort Worth Autowerks for my BMW. I had a coolant leak, had it towed to the shop and Rafael had it diagnosed and fixed the next day, with great communication along the way. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a BMW mechanic.

This is a great shop and honest mechanic! You can usually tell what you’re getting into when you arrive and a shop is clean or messy and this shop was well organized. Raphael clearly takes pride in his place and was very friendly. If you’ve got a BMW he’s got you covered for pretty much any work you need, however he will tell you he refrains from working other brands if he hasn’t got the tools to service them. Better to tell you up front than get halfway into a job that’s over your head so I appreciate that honesty. I dropped off my car in the morning and Graham gave me a ride to work just like any dealer service department might do. The best part of my customer service experience was seeing that my Audi was parked inside overnight when I went to pick it up, which I really appreciate. when a shop treats your car the way you do, you know you’re in good hands. Thanks for the great work Fort Worth Autowerks!

A wonderful experience all around. I initially called with some questions and had them all answered by Nicole, along with a service quote at a very fair price. I got an appointment for a couple days later. After dropping my car off, Nicole went out of her way to give me a shuttle home, despite being only 1 of 2 people working that day. Raphael did amazing work on my car and completed it in less than half the time I was expecting. I can tell he takes great pride in his work. If you’re looking for a honest shop that does quality BMW work and is run by great people, then this is your place. Thanks for the help!

Very polite crooks WARNING - Took my beemer in smoking, spent $1500. Had it back for one day and the turbo went out. Took it back and they told me my engine was done. I asked them why they didn't tell me this on the initial visit and they said they told me indirectly by mentioning there was "blow back" in the filter. I don't know what that means. It was blatant fraud. Don't waste your money.

After taking my car to Lonestar Barvarian and spending 3,000 to only have the same problem...I brought my car to Autowerks and I wish I would of brought it here first..they where available to diagnose my car and finally fix my problem and also saved me money. I'm grateful for this shop and would recommend this shop to anyone...finally got my car back on the road.

Fort Worth Autowerks is now my go to repair shop for taking care of my 21 year old BMW. They know what they are doing and it gets fixed right the first time I take it in. Good people working there too! I would recommend them to anyone who owns a BMW that needs work and/or restoration. I took my car in because I was smelling coolant and having to top off the overflow tank every other day. They discovered a crack in my radiator and replaced it. A second pressure test uncovered a bad coolant line to the turbocharger. This was also replaced. In the two days since I got the car back I've not had to add more coolant. I recently went to have a fuel smell fixed. It was a problem with a gas tank seal, which they fixed. They also changed the oil and replace the faulty windshield washer system.

Just bought my first Mini Cooper, and the guy before me had put an acid battery in it, they were quick to quote me a fair price and take care of my issue. Whenever I had another issue they couldn't fix, they recommended a place that could and kept their integrity. I truly appreciate this business

Updated Review: We have now been taking both of our cars to Graham and the team! Our Mazda and our BMW have received the absolute best and most professional service possible. They are now our go-to shop for any diagnostics or services we need done in a shop! Hands down these guys are one of the most honest and trustworthy shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We rectified multiple issues and even corrected previous mistakes made by another shop that had serviced the car before we bought it!
