Mounting and balancing tires I talked with Jason the day before coming in to swap tires before winter hit. He told me to come in the next day. I get there and the staff was friendly. While I was there, there was a constant flow of customers coming in. Even though they were very busy, everything seemed to be prioritized and completed quickly. The mount and balancing of my tires was done pretty quickly and was extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Our daughters Kia needed a new steering column and a few other issues resolved as results of a theft. Founding Father's took care of everything from setting up pick up and dealing with our insurance company. We have had extremely consistent, honest and timely service with them every time we have needed it. We have been more than satisfied with their team. We will use them in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Founding Fathers on multiple occasions with two separate vehicles and am beyond pleased with their customer service, dependability, and overall services. It’s apparent that they genuinely care about their customers and what’s best for us rather than how they can maximize their profits, which seems to be rare to come by nowadays. While on vacation, my daughter had serious car issues. Long story short, these guys were professional, honest, and went above and beyond. They could have charged her much much more than they did. Because I was so worried about her traveling alone, I brought the car back the next day, and they did additional diagnostics at no expense! They were also extremely courteous, explaining everything in such a way that I could understand, and gave great advice about how to proceed once she was home. It was indeed a rare experience to have with a car mechanic. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you guys!

Came highly recommended but the last two times I’ve had my car in and dropped off before they opened they still hadn’t even looked at my vehicle by the time I got off work. Feel like they are too busy for their own good sometimes. May do good work but are not quick to get your car in and out even with an appointment. Very frustrating and a waste of my time. Ended up just taking my car somewhere else which was a much better experience. Unfortunately I won’t be back to Founding fathers after my last two experiences.

Took my truck (2011 Ford F-150) to them Jan 4, 2024 to have a couple of "actuators " replaced in the HVAC system. Since other places quoted me $2400 or more, I was excited to take them up on their quote of $1800. They did the work, even swapped out my battery and charged my AC. The day after I picked up my truck, a "Check Engine" light that I had never seen started. Camshaft/crankshaft position sensor (P0019 and P0018). I stopped by and let them know about it that week, but didn't have time to get it checked right then. A couple of weeks later I did, and had them do an oil change at the same time. They told me that timing was going out, phazers were probably shot, turbo was leaking, etc.....minimum $4800 and they needed to do an oil pressure test for $300 to see if the engine was even worth fixing. 135K miles, never had any issues, the day after they touched it, my truck is on it's last leg? I told them I'll have to figure out my next step, because I don't have that kind of money (fixing my actuators was my "vehicle repair budget" for the year. To top it off, I asked them NOT to put an oil change sticker in my window, explained why, and when I got it back they had put a sticker there that required a scraper and "GooGone" to remove. Now, 4 months later, the actuators they replaced are clicking again. The originals lasted 10 years, theirs lasted 4 months. I don't feel comfortable taking any vehicle to them ever again; next time the truck probably wont even run after they get through. UPDATE: My truck has been running worse and worse since Jan, to the point now that it's almost un-drivable (shudders for minutes after start, tries to shut off, has no acceleration, can't go up a steep hill without shifting to 1st and driving 10 miles an hour, etc.). I started getting quotes from other shops, and timing chains/phazers was the first thing they said; apparently a common problem with the 3.5 EB first gen engines. I was so sure before that Founding Fathers had "sabotaged" my engine, but after talking to several other mechanics, I don't believe that there even IS a way to do that, so I guess it really was just a coincidence that my timing chain issues started just as I got it back from FF. Maybe the loud clicking I had been putting up with for so long (and loud music to drown it out) had kept me from noticing that "something wasn't quite right" with the engine. I'm updating my review to 4 stars, and I would probably use them again. I'm still 1 star mad about the oil change sticker, lol.

I don't know about this place. Last time I came here they put the wrong size rotors on my car and extended my calipers. Then when I went in there to get a refund they told me that my refund and my insurance expired or something expired so I couldn't get a refund and they didn't want to take back the rotors which were the wrong rotors to go on my car and my car has literally been damaged ever since. I'm pretty sure they train the new people that they hire to work on other people's cars which is not safe so just want to let you know that.

I’ve had my mini cooper serviced by them multiple times. They are honest, they’ve been more than helpful, flexible and pretty prompt. Every time I’ve had something fix from here it’s been a smooth process.

I took my mom’s truck there because it kept dying on her and Jason and his staff were absolutely amazing. They came and picked my mom’s truck up and gave it a good look over and fixed it the next day. And they got my mom back on the road. I would recommend anyone and everyone to check them out if you need your vehicle worked on. We will be coming back when we need more work done. Thank you FFAS.

Horrible business. Bugs towing company towed vehicle to founding fathers auto (ffa). Ffa said engine was probably no good. Explained I was having a towing company pick it up. In the blizzard drove to ffa and no truck. They had bugs tow it as abandon. Both bugs and ffa had my contact information. They have quite the scam going on. Now they want 500 impound fees. So unprofessional. Ffa hung up on me as soon as I started asking why they did not contact me when they knew I was coming. I even asked if they felt with getting rid of it and they said no. Bug office manager Shay was even worse than ffa. Stay clear of these businesses.

Excellent customer service and knowledge. Even after over 2 months of having to fight with my warranty company to get the work approved not even once were these guys short or rude with me when I called (probably way to often) to check on progress. Awesome group of guys. Can't say enough good things.

These guys are criminals!! They charged me 6,500 for a rebuilt transmission and I still have the same transmission!!! They would not provide the information on the so called transmission, they said they got it from one place, then told me later they got it from another place, do NOT HAVE WORK HERE, they are fraudulently charged me almost $7000 that’s criminal!! I can’t say more because I am going to take them to court, asap!!!

These guys really are awesome! It's extremely hard to find a trusting and friendly mechanic shop but these guys are that extremely rare find! They saved my girlfriends beloved car she has had since high school and although not her main vechile anymore they treated and prioritized it as though it was, Highly highly would recommend you to Founding Father's Auto Service.
