Man at front desk was super nice. However, the quotes I got were astronomical they wanted to charge almost $500 to replace my battery and needed a new alternator. Took my car to Atkins auto they charged me $189 for battery and install with a warranty and said I did not in fact need an alternator. I would say overall, the shop is misleading.

You keep bugging me for a review so I'll give it. The guy at the front desk hollers at you from behind his computer as he's looking at it instead of you. I called for an appointment for two issues and whomever took the call said he'd note it. When I took the car in the second issue was not on the docket so he typed something on his computer. I expected a call to let me know what it was and the cost of repair, but no one called me until 5:00 when the work was completed. Too late to have the driver, who had already ended his day, to come get me. I asked what had been done and the reply was the initial issue only, not the second issue. When I told him I had requested to have it looked at twice he talked to the guy who worked on my car. The answer was Oh yeah, the springs are old and you might think about replacing. Say what??? Then the day I drove the car the next day, the engine light came on. I was told by the office that it was a new issue and not caused by their previous work. When I took my car to my regular service man, he said different. I'm not saying you do bad work, I'm saying your attention to details, the customer and the car's issues are mediocre and I won't be returning. The gentleman who drove the van to take me to and from was a delight, and I thank him for his service.

Great experience. New to the area. I googled mechanics near me and went with this one because of the reviews. I appreciate your kindness, professionalism and successful work on my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 . I will see you soon to work on these brakes.

I took my 79 Chevy to them to fix my starter and fly wheel,they had to replace the fly wheel twice,had to replace the starter two times then my starter went out again,they refused to help me,I h as d to put a starter in myself on there property,they refused to check numbers that would identity my motor,they failed all the way around,I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I have been using their services through Repair Pal . They are always knowledgeable, helpful with clear diagnosis and communication. I received updates with the maintenance the car needs. They offer shuttle service that is great for me. The Auto Clinic is a First class customer service.

My wife and I both had vehicles that needed tires and other work done. Fountain city was very friendly and helpful. We are happy we found this amazing shop next to our house. Thank you again for taking such good care of our vehicles.

Do not go here.. Brought 2 cars in they charged 125 each for "vehicle inspection" (250) even tho I told them what problem was for both to look at. Sent me some repairs to make beyond what I asked both times which was fine and expected for the rate of "vehicle inspection" i didnt ask for the 2nd. First car I started and drove to gas station service engine light was on so i called them immediately after driving out. They said they would check it after I picked up 2nd car. I picked up 2nd car they told me totally new problem they didn't check in the first place (tried to schedule me for another "vehicle inspection") and the bearded dude sitting behind a computer every time I saw him was hostile and condescending when I asked why it wasn't checked for the 125 vehicle inspection fee. Paid a grand between the 2 cars and got a "you'll probably have more problems" out the door. Thanks for the "vehicle inspection" not coming back. Thanks (owner) for the bs response but I won't be coming back for anything especially more bs

I highly recommend this place. They are very professional. They gave us a price up front to what it would be to determine the problem. Everything was done in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with our car. We had been having a problem for quite sometime with our car. We took it to two different dealerships 3 times and they put it on the computer and it pulled no codes so they dismissed us and chalked up the noise we heard to it must be a turbo sound your hearing. Fountain City Auto Clinic was patient, listend to my concerns, and jotted down every symptom the car was having. They even allowed me to send them three different videos showing the sound the car was making since it only made the sound on cold start. It was put on the computer once again and pulled no codes. They continued to investigate further and found out the problem. They stuck a camera down in all four cylinders and found damage to the fourth piston.They sent us the pictures and printed them off for us. Since our car was still under powertrain warranty since it was right under 60,000 miles they recommended we take it to the dealership to have it fixed to save us money. So once again I highly recommend this place. They will get to the bottom of what's going on with your car and treat you right.

I took my 2018 Ram 2500 in to these fine folks today and they did the following: Fuel filter swap x 2, oil change and swap, power steering flush and fill, serpentine belt swap, and a brake check, all in about 2.5 hours. Super clean shop and waiting area. Certified bad a s s vet runs the shop, just ask for the big dude with the beard. He'll arm wrestle you for a discount, just prepare to pay full price.... In all seriousness, it was a fantastic experience and I will be revisiting these guys for my future automotive needs.

Very happy with this shop. There communication was excellent. There phone estimate process was great. Very clean and very professional. I only had the diagnostic done to see what repairs where need and decide it was time to trade car in. But if I was not considering a new car I would definitely have them do the work needed. No pressure to get work done. If I have future car issues this is the only place I will consider based on my experience with them after only one visit.
