I should give them 1 star so less people get in my way when I make an appointment. But yea, great experience with this place. No BS, no upselling. They fix what you ask them to fix and they do it at a fair price. You will wait for you appointment though. They are popular around here

I took my car here for an inspection when I moved to Pennsylvania. They explained what I needed and patiently answered a lot of questions I later realized weren’t the smartest. I would go back and recommend them to others.

I had a bad experience here awhile ago. I looked past it since the owner fest up to it after I confronted him about it and took care of the issue so I continued to service my car there because I was happy with their work. But after this last experience they lost my business. Very dishonest. It’s all about ripping the customer off. Shame on you!

These guys were great! Super friendly and helpful! I came in 20 min before they closed with a screw in my tire and they happily took me and got it fixed in 10 min!

This is a very well-managed garage with the owner on site and fully engaged with customer service. Experienced mechanics, courteous staff, site organized and clean. Very happy to have found Fountain St Auto.

Brian and his team are the most trustworthy and morally honest mechanics in the city of Philadelphia. I had them change my tires and without selling me or taking advantage of my lack of proprietary knowledge of my own vehicle. The team had gone over the logistics of my vehicle I drove into their shop the day I made an appointment (2015 Ford Fusion). His team had properly explained the general history of this vehicles' specific drive style and its inclement weather performance based on the vehicle model versus different types roads. He thoroughly explained that based on the vehicle in conjunction my current Philadelphia residence, that I install the safest and most reliable brand of tires they had in stock. Most other mechanics would tell you the cheapest price of tire assuming thats what you desire. I recommend Brian and his team for anything involving assistance in vehicle issues.

Everybody here is extremely trustworthy and caring. Even though they don't do transmission repairs Brian still called around to get some information on options for me(after a free diagnostic). Even though this is a busy shop they take the time to make you feel cared for!

I was visiting my daughter from out of state and my vehicle had low voltage warnings. They worked me into their schedule and checked all electrical in a short time. Since then, my daughter uses them exclusively and they have always been honest and fair and never have taken advantage of her doing everything by herself. Thanks Brian and Anthony.

Stopped by on Monday morning to have my wheels rotated, taking off my summer tires and putting on my all seasons. Anthony and Brian were extremely courteous and accommodating. Gian, the tech who worked on my car, did a wonderful job and treated my car the way I would when working on it. I'm new to the area, but looks like Fountain Street Auto service will be the reputable shop I'll return to with any other car maintenance/repair related needs.

Typical auto shop. Went in for a state inspection, they said I needed an oil change in the next 500 miles. My car was inaccessible to me when they told me, so I couldn't check the actual oil level indicator. After the oil change, they forgot to reset my dashboard oil level indicator, which of course was at 70%. Wasted money on an unnecessary oil change.
