I go there for my Work Truck, they handled everything amazingly, and I know Pegasus will continue using this company! They were very kind and didn’t make me feel dumb when answering my questions! Customer service and timely work was a 10/10!

Mike and his team are the best. I have been taking my family's cars to Mike for well over 12 years. I don't trust anyone else. He is honest, tells you exactly what is wrong, and his estimates/repairs are very well priced. A mechanic who you can trust and who will be straight with you on the repairs you do and don't need, that's Mike. Highly, highly recommend.

These guys are great, especially Andrew! Took my van in (it was clear the transmission was shot), they diagnosed it and confirmed and worked with me on my options. In the end, we decided to not have it repaired as it was over 20 years old and it would've cost more than the value of the van (through no fault of Four Points Automotive). They did not charge me for the diagnosis and did not rush us to get it towed. Andrew was very kind, easy to work with and I'll definitely be taking my vehicles there for future repair.

These guys put a new transmission in my hatchback a couple years ago and handled all the complicated warranty stuff for me, and I got a $4000 job for free (through the warranty). Recently, my car needed a LOT of work done (I bought a used car that had some problems). They fixed my suspension, ordered and installed a new blower motor for my A/C, fixed my brakes, changed my oil, and a lot of other stuff I can't even remember. It read like a laundry list. I was honest about how much I could afford (I'm poor), and they made it work for me. Honestly, I have so much respect for mechanics, and these guys are sweethearts, too. My quality of life vastly improved because of their work. My A/C is super cold, and my car handles very well now. I feel safe again lol. They were recommended to me by a friend (Aleks N), and I recommend them to anyone. I got a couple thousand dollars worth of work done in like a day and a half; it was super fast. <3 Thank you guys. <333

I took my truck!!!they charge , me 3000.25 $ they kept it days!!! Changed a. Hose and broke another Hose next to it and wanted to charge me $1200.00 !!!!

Amazing Place! 100% Recommend. Our tire completely gave out in front of this repair shop. As I was gasping for air trying to explain to Darryl the situation, he did a STELLAR job listening and calming me down. It took them 5 minutes to replace the tire so my husband and I could get on our way. I totally recommend them! When in doubt, do not hesitate to go to them! Amazing customer service.

Awesome service and nice people that’ll give it to you straight. Was in a pinch in my transmission and mike, the owner was a great guy that helped me out tremendously and a real reliable guy that’ll take the time with your vehicle and it’s service. Definitely recommend, was worth the drive. Would come here again if I am to run into anymore problems down the road.

I was in a real bind with my car the week before I had to drive to to the east coast and visit my family for Christmas. Four Points Automotive was my second opinion shop, but they were so much more thorough than the first place I went, AND their price was lower. Mike and the guys got me in and out in a timely manner and were very communicative the entire way. The best part is that my car held up wonderfully on the way to the coast, got me back to Texas, and has continued to do great! They'll be my go-to shop from now on!

We broke down and were in a horrible situation. Mike and Darryl went the extra mile to get our car either fixed with them or to help get Ford warranty to help us. This is the best auto repair company I have ever been to. I highly recommend them!
