We continue to have good service and they take time to explain with out rushing us out the door. Even though, they are always busy because the offer good service. Schedule ahead because they do a good job and have lower prices too. Highly recommend them.

4 Star deserves to be 5 star. Will not take my 2013 Crosstour anywhere else. These folks are honest and give reliable advice, which is sometimes hard to find these days.

Only problem was they forgot to put the glove compartment clips back on. Glad I went, cabin filter was disgustingly filthy!

Amazing people here! They have been such a blessing to us and have helped us out tremendously! I took my 2016 Honda Odyssey, and they could tell me exactly what was wrong with it, and when we had them fix it the van worked perfectly! They have saved us $100s if not $1,000s on pre-purchase inspections and I can't thank them enough! I will be taking my Honda here from here on out!

I am so appreciative of Four Star!! I have an older odyssey that needs some things done and they always advise on what’s immediate or what can be watched. They are honest and that means so much! I know in the future I will be buying a newer vehicle and I will likely stay with a Honda or back to a Toyota, a main reason is I can bring it to them because they are trustworthy when it comes to automotive needs!

So happy to have found a reputable, fair, full-service maintenance organization for my ‘99 Honda Accord LX. The staff and technicians are truly a cut above. Reminds me of the good ole days when you ask for, expect, and get the service needed. Took my car here a year ago and they did good work but not this time. I recently took my car in again to get the alternator changed and battery. When I got my car back I should’ve checked under the hood before leaving but sadly I didn’t. When I open the hood when I got home I noticed a random wire wrapped around my dipstick that looks like it leads to the AC it wasn’t there when I brought it in. and my washer reservoir lid was chipped off and the bolt that holds it in place is missing. I’ll be taking my car elsewhere from now on. I can’t trust you all anymore. Especially when I really on this vehicle to take me to work and back.

One thing that sets them above the rest is their honesty. They have never tried to sell us unnecessary repairs or additional work that is not needed to complete the job properly. If there is nothing wrong with your car after they thoroughly inspect it, they will tell you that no repairs are needed. That is a very difficult level of honesty to find in the automotive business and that is one of the biggest reasons why Four Star will always have my business. Had a very difficult to diagnose issue with the car going into “limp mode” frequently. I replaced the ECU on it myself as the code gave that fault. Did not fix it. Finally gave up and took to Four Star. After several attempts and discussing with other Honda techs on a forum, it was finally found that one spark plug had high resistance and would fail on heavy acceleration. (I had replaced the pugs with OEM plugs less than 10K prior). Problem resolved.

I have used Four Star for many, many years. They have always provided me with good service and advice on my auto repair issues. They are reasonably priced and most of all they are fair and honest. They have never tried to upsell me on additional or more expensive services. I can highly recommend the company.
