Ryan fit me in for a quick job with a simple phone call and easy instructions to find his location. The woman working the front (who's name I regrettably am blanking on while writing this review) was helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. The man walking out of the place, with a Fox hat on (works there?) was also kind and helpful to me figuring out where to park my car for my appointment. I never leave reviews, but I couldn't feel good about not sharing how great of an experience it was bringing my car here. I will be recommending to all my friends and family - you guys rock!

Had our new Mazda CX-90 for 4 days when someone decided to jump out of their lane while I was on the highway exit ramp, side swiping the entire length of our brand new car. Being fairly new to NM, I Googled body repair shops in the area and decided to contact Fox automotive based on their 5 star rating to arrange for repairs. From the very start, Ryan was extremely supportive and guided me on how to work with the insurance companies. Boy, am I glad he did because as it turned out, the guy who hit me did not pay his premium and, as such, was an uninsured driver. As soon as my insurance company issued the first check, Ryan and his staff started the repair work and worked with our insurance on every additional item that popped up during the repairs. The insurance company wanted to replace just the skin on the driver side door, but Ryan got them to replace the entire door and front fender. In the end, we got our car back like new. Ryan went to great lengths getting the new Mazda color matched exactly. The paint job is immaculate and the alignment of all body parts is as exact as it was new. Even a body expert would have a difficult time determining that this car was ever hit. I already recommended Fox to a friend (who was also side swiped). If you are unfortunate enough to need a body shop, by all means, use Fox automotive!

If getting your ride fixed RIGHT is more important than getting it fixed fast, bring it to Ryan at Fox! The endless 5-star reviews and glowing word of mouth are legit, and they keep him busy, so you'll have to wait your turn...but it will be worth it! Ryan will go to bat for you against the insurance companies when they only want to pay for a short-lived bondo fix on something that really needs replacing, and he and his team do beautiful work: so good you won't be able to see the blend lines...but that all takes time. If price is an issue, he will honestly lay out your options and their trade-offs. Ryan does a great job and stands behind his work, but most importantly he's someone you can trust. I send my enemies to the bulk body shops...my friends I tell about Fox Automotive.

My front bumper was ripped off, I called Fox automotive to see if they can get me in last min and Ryan took me in the next morning. By the time I was off of work my car was completed and looked like nothing ever happened! When I first got my car, the previous owner had damaged and scratched the front of the car. After 2 years, I figured we should try and get an estimate to fix it. When we got there, Ryan helped us immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate. Additionally, he told us a cheaper alternative to hide the scartches, but he would still do the repairs if we so wished. He was a really nice and genuine person, and we would recommend him.

Ryan was really busy when I stopped but took the time to talk to me anyway. I was trying to get the rear gate fixed on my 4Runner fully expecting days and hundreds of dollars in the process. He suggested a self-help fix that involved resetting a fuse. It took me two minutes, cost no money, and worked! Awesome business that earns their online reputation. He's busy for a reason. I recommend getting an appointment the next time you need help with your car.
