Dylan and his amazing team, have all of the trats that you would want in an auto repair shop. Friendly service, work ethic, integrity, honestly, vast mechanical knowledge and reasonable prices. I've done a lot of research. And they are by far the best in my opinion.

Awesome shop! I've taken my car to them twice, and both times they were very fast, honest and transparent. They found two other things the car needed (brake pads and oil change - legit stuff). They let me know but gave me zero pressure to go forward with the extra stuff. They fixed what I took it in for and were awesome to work with. Definitely my go-to mechanic!

They actually were very friendly, haha. My car broke down and I pulled into their lot but unfortunately the car was far worse than we thought so I took it to a dealership for repairs.

Several good encounters here. Initially they were just the most ideal place to have a pre purchase inspection, but we were impressed with that so much that we have been coming back. I haven't tried price matching lately, but I'll back them in that they get the job done right and in pretty good time. More often than not, one or both of time and doing it right are valued more than a cheaper price. Update: This is "our mechanic" now. As mentioned, they do great work and somehow it doesn't feel painful to the wallet. It helps to know you get what you pay for. It's also nice to keep the history of work on a vehicle in one place. Not that I feel "locked in" in any way, but even if I did I'd be happy it was here. Extra extra, read all about it (edit). Another happy customer experience. We love how they check and go over all the "should probably do"s etc. They are very clear about "this and that can wait", and "this is urgent". Transparency is awesome. A nod from my wife, she likes how they level with her and are clear about everything. She's been in the situation where mechanics just tell her technobabble and she feels like she can't make decisions. They don't talk down to the plain folk who couldn't tell an alternator from a compressor.

I have had nothing but great experiences here! This summer I have had a bunch of repairs done, and every time I take it in I feel valued and taken care of. He explains every repair that can and should be done before the work is complete and let’s you know the cost up front. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I have used Fox's Friendly Auto for years and Dylan & Amy have incredible integrity, and communicate if or what repairs ned to be done. Repairs are always done in timely manner, and they are great at calling and verifying if/what you want repaired. I just recommended them today!

I live in California but my only daughter lives here in StGeorge she has found an honest mechanic reasonable in his pricing. I plan my repairs and oil changes for when I’m visiting my daughter. They are courteous, honest and caring. Most of all I never am disappointed. They are a must if you love your vehicle. My car is 16yrs old and since last year they have taken good care of me and my car.

Just had AC serviced. Great customer service. Enjoying the arctic cold air coming from the vents. Also previously had them do some other work that I'm happy with. Highly recommend these guys for auto repairs.

A family member has taken his car to fox’s twice. Both times they ordered the wrong part and had to delay the repair appointment. When they were finished with the second repair, the problem was even worse than before. Took it back and gave fox’s the opportunity to take another look. They said everything was fine. Took the vehicle to another shop who fixed it properly. Asked fox to refund the labor for the repair (since another shop had to redo the work) and they refused. Will not do business with them again. Will absolutely warn everyone I know to use someone else. Response to business (below): 1) Regardless of whether it was two cars or not, we had two repairs scheduled with you and both times the wrong part was ordered, delaying both repairs. 2) My son returned to you the day after the pan service with photos showing that it was leaking WORSE after the service. The statement about it not leaking is false; if you think it wasn’t leaking, the cardboard we had beneath the car and photos say otherwise. It continued to leak every day after the supposed service. Why would he return and have you look at it a third time, when you told him you couldn’t see anything leaking the second time he came? 3) there was no demand that you pay another shop. He asked you to refund the labor portion of the service at your shop since it clearly was not done properly. He wasn’t asking you to send payment to another shop, simply to refund some of what he had paid for an ineffective “repair .”

Brought in my ‘49 Plymouth to replace a gas tank. All staff were friendly and helpful. They got my car in quick and did very fine work at a very reasonable price. I was pleased with the service and I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my future car repairs.

I would highly recommend this place. I was on my way back home from visiting my family for the holidays when my car broke down. They were able to squeeze me in and get it fixed in a timely manner. They were beyond helpful and communicated well with the costs and the repairs that my car needed. (They also have a very cute shop dog.) Thanks again for everything!

They got us in quickly after engine arrived from ford. Did install and made sure everything worked correctly. Dylan is very professional and personable. Would recommend them to anyone that has problems with their vehicles. They have earned our business.

As a woman I am always concerned that I am going to be ripped off when I go to a mechanic. I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with my experience. Dylan took his time to explain to me the issues and why they were occurring. He also reassured me that my car was going to be fine on my trip and that if anything were to come up to bring the car back in. I have found the only mechanic I trust.
