1/17/25 ++ I had “the Best” experience, as a Car owner needing Professional Auto Service for at least the last 20 yrs - Joe, Dave and other Staff @ FRAMERITE fixed my car over the last 3 days Im an “out of state” traveler and came to visit family in Baltimore- After a 5 hour fast drive from Upstate NY on the interstate I arrived at Charlestown, parked my car at my destination and the car “effectively died”. I was FREAKING OUT I sought out local auto repair and was FORTUNATE to have found FRAMERITE Auto Repair - It was a “tough drive” to get the car to the Shop FRAMERITE identified a dry rotted fuel/injector air line, restored Car operation in 3 days at a fair and reasonable price. The staff were communicative and “good to their word” I will be to leave Baltimore this weekend and go home to New Jersey completing the third leg of a 1,200 mile trip Thank you FRAMERITE - R Tempest

Wouldn’t recommend buying from these guys.. I’m in Canada, asked to have a part shipped. All went well till I was asked to pay an additional $150.00 for insurance on $20 parts. He claims it’s refundable. Tried to call the company and it seems like a scam. I’m also told he can’t get the parts back for a refund as I don’t feel comfortable with the deal and paying more. I asked for a refund once they received the parts back and was told he still isn’t issuing a refund. If he has told me the shipping cost up front, I wouldn’t have gone through with buying anything. I have screen shots of our entire conversation. Would avoid buying anything. He stole $100 from me!!! Yes, it’s only $100 Canadian however still a thief.

I made an appointment for an advertised synthetic oil change special. After they had my vehicle 45 minutes it was urgent that I talk to the mechanic about everything wrong with my truck. They pointed out my rear tires are dry, but I knew that and have another set ready to go. Then the tech showed me a wet power steering rack dust boot with a small slit cut on the bottom. He said my steering rack was leaking and needs to be replaced, yet I’ve never had to add any fluid. When I failed to react the mechanic stuck his entire finger into the slit and tore the dust boot wide open, doing more damage. I go back to the waiting room for 20 more minutes before The desk guy hands me an estimate for repairs totaling $1680.46. and overcharged me for the advertised oil change by 10%. I mention the timeline because I had an appointment, the shop was dead, yet these skilled mechanics took an entire hour to do a 15 minute job! Run away!!!

I went because they were close to home, and I had an emergent car safety need. The fellas were prompt, understanding and offered transparent information and prices. I didn't feel as if they were trying to get over on me as a female. Got me together, was ready for my appointment. I for sure recommend and will be scheduling my future needs with them.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to say thanks Framerite you definitely fixed my car right, loved the service just from my first time being there & it definitely won't be my last. Went in expecting to get a brake bleed job, however they offered me a courtesy inspection and I'm so glad they did because there was some other things that I was unaware of like my engine oil being low and they also found a bottle of fuel injector cleaner under my engine, They tested the noises from my car and even fixed my door actuator from inside my car which works with my AC and heat plus snap finance was available and I got approved for a decent amount of credit that I wasn't expecting so once they told me all the work I needed done in my car, with confidence I said no problem. Plus they even gave me a loaner car as a bonus which most shops don't usually do. I can't really remember all the list of all the things they did but either way they did it right and installed quality parts as needed and thanks to that my car is running like a champ once again and I couldn't be more happier. And as much as I love my car which was a 2011 blue Mustang GT by the way I'm always going to make sure that it is running good no matter what so again thank you guys in fact thank you a million times over & I will definitely we do business with you guys again

We have been using Frame Rite for years to maintain our vehicles. We had a taste of other auto repair shops during the time they had to close for repairs after a freak tornado that did alot of damage to their facility. And, that experience has made us appreciate the honest, efficient service they provide even more! They treat everyone like dear friends or family. We don't know what we would do without Frame Rite keeping our old vehicles running!!!!

Framerite is now my Go-to repair shop for my 2007GMC Envoy due to their quality and timely professional work every time I have service on it. Lately I needed additional work done and my budget was a little tight, thanks to there complete inspection of my vehicle they were able to identify the safety repairs first well within the budget. Thanks again Framerite.

I am a repeat customer with Framerite and plan to continue to be one. They service my 2006 Toyota, 2014 Honda and 1967 Mustang. To some they may appear to charge more than others but when you consider the high quality of work and the. extra effort they make I find them to be very reasonable and in fact an excellent bargain. They are very courteous and friendly. . However most of all they give me "peace of mind" which is rare in today's world. Thank you for being " one of the good guys

I appreciate their honesty when it comes to any repairs I have needed. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and if it's a priority or can be done another time. I really like that they email me pictures of any problems they have found so I can see what's going on if I've dropped my car off and didn't stick around. I never feel pressured to fix something that isn't a priority. Bill and Wayne definitely care about their customers.
