The only bad thing is they have a grand off the price but you have to take a loan out to get it. I wanted to pay in full but I would have lost the $1000 off the price.

Took 2 months to fix my car brought it in one thing after another broke while in there shop very rude service everyday wanted more money went theew 3 loaner vehicles total bill was 7000 to fix a car they sold me the car books at 6200 charged me 11000 to buy it had it for 6 months broke down on me they refused to fix it a week after i bought it ac went out then tires went flat then brought it in for a misfire while in there care whole computer went out another cylinder broke cam shafts broke

My wife and I stopped by Frankman today to see what my trade was worth. It was time for a larger vehicle to accommodate my son’s height. We met with Josh Eide and he quickly gave us an offer for my vehicle that was well in line with expectation. Josh asked intelligent questions then listened to our responses to understand what we were trying to achieve. He then offered a couple solutions we had not considered, and with a no pressure approach we are now the proud owners of a Ram Rebel G/T! Thanks Frankman!

Stopped by today to buy a truck. I was surprised at the lack of people skills the sales guy had that I talked to. I gave him the parameters of what I was looking for (year/mileage/price). from what the website showed prior to me going here, there was at least 9 to 14 trucks that fit the bill. After talking with this sales guy I could only assume one of two things: he didn't want to sell a truck (maybe its too cold) or he just didn't know what was going on. The first truck to look at was getting a window installed (no big deal), the second was in service (something seems weird), the third truck he had no idea (really?). He was quick to give me an answer, saying the owner had just bought it today, which was inaccurate, as I was looking at this posting for over a week. If you don't know say I don't know. Don't BS a person. Its a little frustrating to drive +30 miles to buy a vehicle only to get brushed off and lied to. Maybe I caught this guy on a bad day, who knows, but not taking the time to plug the info into the system to look for a truck and to not even ask for contact info from the customer speaks volumes.

Just bought my 2016 Mustang from Walter at Frankman Motors and it was an amazing experience! Walter was excellent at communicating to me over the phone and came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule! Not to mention, he had the car ready and warmed up when it was time to pick up! I worked with Walter and Eric at Frankman to purchase an SUV for my wife as well as a truck for myself. They made sure everything fit my needs. They had the vehicles I was interested in ready for test drives when I arrived. They were very personable and accommodating. I never felt pressured and was at ease the whole time.
