Hernaldo had a very positive attitude and was helpful in getting my car repaired. He was able to point out and explain to me what damage my car had and how the process to get it repaired would work. The shop fixed my car in a week and they even washed my car inside and out when they returned it to me. The only criticism I can give is that the shop’s office isn’t the most formal looking out there and they don’t always answer the phone and I don’t think you can leave messages. But they got the important part of the job done well and quick and that’s what matters.

Frank was extremely helpful and timely while fixing my vehicle. Not only was the service outstanding but he returned my car in immaculate condition; even vacuumed the interior! I highly recommend Frank's Auto Body!
