A all and all wonderful experience. From discussing damages to my vehicle, to picking up the vehicle, repairing the vehicle in a decent time frame and making sure everything was good on the vehicle. Communication was excellent as well. Great staff

Horrible experience and costumer service. My car was in a hit and run by a stolen car. I took my car in to get estimated on 2/12/24. I never heard back from the repair shop. Three (3) weeks have past and I was not contacted. I recalled the shop to check the status and my car's repair needs were not communicated to my insurance. I wanted to support a local business from my community to repair my car. Although, the damage to my car is minimal and will most likely just need a new bumper, it is a huge deal for me (the owner). I felt my concerns about my car were disregarded upon inspection and with no effort to correct miscommunications or insure my car will be able to get fixed.

Wow! This Auto shop went above my expectations. Background info. I was letting my mom drive my car from Colorado (where I live) to Michigan when two separate incidents occurred within 7hrs. First, a deer ran into my car. It was still drivable until she ran over a crowbar that punctured the gas tank. What are the odds, haha! Living in Colorado I had no idea where to send my car for repairs. This was the place my auto insurance recommended. I'm so glad they did. I only asked for the gas tank to be replaced because I needed my car home and there wasn't enough time to have the body damage repair, which they also do. A one stop shop. They fixed my gas tank within a few days during a holiday week might I add. Customer service was excellent. Every time I needed to talk about my car they were so nice and informative. Remember I'm in Colorado dealing with this. Here's where they went above and beyond. They washed my car getting all the deer guts and fluids off. They vacuumed the inside of the car as well. What auto do you know of that would do that? Not only that, but when my mom was trying to get to the shop from Michigan her flight was delayed making her run late and not be able to get to the shop before they closed at 5pm. The Uber driver was rushing as fast as he could during rush hour. When I called them telling them this, the husband and wife of the shop stayed a 1/2 hr late so that she could still pick it up that night. I highly recommend this shop if you want excellent customer service and support. If you want excellent repairs done. If you want security knowing your car is safe in their hands even if you do or don't, in my case, live there.

Amazing customer service and they kept me informed at all times. (Parts arriving, costs, etc.) Vehicle was done on time and they even cleaned it. Really this is the place to go get your damages repaired ! I’m very thankful !

The customer service is great!! I have an appointment for an estimate...Out of all of the auto repair shops eventhough they are overwhelmed with business, they were very professional and courteous. And did set an appointment and said if anyone cancels they will call.. I highly recommend them, I have seen their work.
