No surprises, but if there were any, I am confidant they would have called me to inform and allow me to decide. Comfortable courtesy ride and also efficient. Definitely kept my standard of expectation

I went to Frank’s based on numerous recommendations, and the Crew there lived up to the hype! They worked WITH me (Unheard of these days!) to diagnose the problem, propose fixes, and upon approval, order parts and perform the fairly major repair in 2 days. The cost came in at the low end of the bid, and everything is working as designed . Can’t thank them or sing their praises loud enough. If you’re looking for vehicle repairs, I highly recommend Franks for quality, efficiency, and customer care !

It is always a "surprise" that there are not any suprises when I see Frank's and the Team. I am always eager to make an appointment when services are needed and as always, my vehicle is ALWAYS better for it. Transparency with costs; dedication to exceed expectations; and the neighborhood-friendly-family feels is the reason why I ONLY see Frank's and the Team.

Frank's Auto Service continues to keep my aging 2002 Acura running. The mechanics and Service Advisors make sure current and long-term mechanical issues are identified, monitored, and appropriately resolved. I am pleased with their work, and the cost of the service is reasonable.

The service is dependable, thorough, and honest. I always know I can trust that the work will be done right and for a fair price. They consult with me before doing anything that would cost extra and give me a straightforward assessment about what needs to be done now versus what can be postponed. The staff is all friendly and professional. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else to service my used cars.

These guys are great, and they get five stars from me AND CarTalk's Mechanics Files. If they tell me something needs to be done, I know it does. They also tell me when something can wait, but will need attention in the future. A few times they've unexpectedly needed to keep my van overnight and they supplied me with a loaner. They are both professional and friendly, a great combo!!

Trent was awesome, again! This is my 2nd time taking my car here for a ticking sound he was able to keep my old vehicle running for over a year and then I heard the sound again, even though I'm 30 minutes away from this repair shop I will always come here. I moved from Vegas and I take trips back and forth a couple times a year and this time I thought was my last. I took my vehicle to Trent at Franks auto repair and his crew and him were able to keep me rolling. The clean and friendly atmosphere was a plus the service was awesome! Thanks again guys !🫠
