Highly recommend!!! These guys saved me when my car was breaking down on the way home from work! At first, I called my dealership and, even though it was an emergency, they said they couldn’t fit me in for another month! I pulled into Franks (having never been here or heard of it) and they took my car back right away and calmed me down. They fixed things enough so that I was safe to drive and I came back today to get the full repairs. Everyone is so knowledgeable and responsive! Will keep coming here for sure!

I decided to give Frank’s a shot after reading the good reviews and he didn’t disappoint, after telling them the issue I was having and dropping it off I got a call less then an hour later saying they found issue. Long story short they will have my future business.

Needed sudden repairs for a Buick and was recommended this place by a local. They were able to fix the issue - a coolant leak - in less than 5 hours. Since we’re not local ourselves, we stayed in the waiting area the entire time. Honestly, the best mechanic waiting area I’ve ever been in. Very clean. Nice TV playing movies. Children’s playing area. Free coffee, bottled water, and instant ramen. Bathroom was clean and easily accessible. Price was right for all the work done. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good and quick mechanic.

Franks Auto Service is terrific! I had a broken headlight, and other auto shops quoted me at $850 due to the unique nature of my car. Franks Auto Service repaired my car for $226!!! Honestly a life saver. Very timely, and great communication over the course of the repair. Consider me a fan!

I had been having some issues with my car that’s about 10 years old. Frank and his team got me in quickly and did a thorough inspection to figure out the cause of the problem and offer solutions. Frank’s team were very through in explaining what was going on and what they recommended to fix the issue. They were easy to talk to and work with, and provided a thorough service at a very reasonable price. They will definitely be my first choice when I have another car issue!

5 Stars All The Way! These guys are great at what they do they never disappoint this time i went due to my car throwing every error code on the dash and had all types of wiring issue that nobody could solve. These guys took my car in and knew the issue and how to fix in less than an hour they got it looking like factory and all fixed up and i picked the car up the next day. Highly Recommend!

Frank y Elias nos ayudaron a entender todo lo referente con los requisitos de inspección de nuestro carro. Hicieron las reparaciones a nuestro carro y pasamos la inspección estatal. La comunicación fue excelente, nos enviaban videos por WhatsApp para darnos updates de las reparaciones. El servicio fue espectacular y nos dieron garantía por su trabajo por dos años. Estamos felices con el servicio y los recomendamos a todos los que necesiten un mecánico honesto.

Franks auto service has been a great shop to my family, I grew up as a northern girl whose father owned a shop, and I learned growing up about a car a little bit from my dad shop ,I am a 50 year old women with 2 kids and a lot of times in past at different shop when I would bring my cars in I would talk to the mechanics and they would always be rude and disrespectful and bypass me and go right to my husband because he a guy and to be honest my husband knowledge about cars is basically start the car and put gas in it ,I would always have to wait for tge other shops to have to call my husband and tell him we'll basically she was right but by them I felt disrespected NEVER at FRANKS have they ever done this .The first time I walked in the door, they were very respectful I told them what I thought was wrong with the car and actually listened to me and heard what i had to say never dismissed me because Iwas a girl ,later they called me and said very respectfully that what I thought was wrong was correct and they will start fixing it ,when I picked up my car the work was perfect ,they are so polite and professional and I finally feel like I found a shop that listened to my needs

Boyfriend recently went to get a minor fix on his car done underneath the car. They didn’t even charge him . That what happens when you have good energy and vibes . They work very fast and efficient . Will be returning for my car maintenance

Was referred to Frank’s Auto by my brother. I called over the phone before coming in and the guy was nice and sent a text message with the address. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and the price of everything. I like that there is a 2 year warranty on the parts and labor. I will definitely be coming back.

This is my new go-to place for repairs on my vehicle. Elias and the team were great! I was a walk-in, no prior call and no appointment. They were able to diagnose my issue quickly and repair it right away. They showed me video of the problem so that I could see what they said is needed. There was no attempt to up-sale me on misc maintenance and whatnot….which is great! The price was affordable and fair. And they warranty their work. There’s a waiting area that includes a large tv and today they played a movie while I waited. I will definitely trust this team with my future repair needs.
