I could not be more pleased with my experience with Nick and his team. A Monday rainy morning and a car window stuck down. Drove to Franks to see if they could assist. Angela at the front desk was so kind and cheery. John who assisted me was funny and had made cookies for the staff which speaks to their connection. Nick/owner was on the phone with me quickly with the assessment of the part needed. In my conversation with him, I let him know I am leaving the dealer to get my car care @ Frank’s because of the negative customer service at the dealership. He told me his philosophy of customer service, the importance of treating everyone with respect and giving the customer as much information as possible in order to make an informed decision. As a woman, I appreciate this so much as I’ve often been talked down to at other automotive shops. Today could have been stressful and annoying. It turned out to be wonderfully encouraging. I have a new trusted place to take care of my car. Thank you Nick, Angela, John and team!!

Frank’s took such great care of my Mini Cooper! Super accommodating of coordinating with a tow truck. Their prices were very reasonable.

Bad experience… he wants to use CashApp (that’s bitcoin) not a fan… finally he agreed to PayPal he wanted Me to lie saying I was friends family….which I did. Then said his bank said it was on hold when PayPal on my side said transaction was complete. Then he wanted to refund the PayPal and send me a bill for part to pay through Zelle. I asked for a screenshot of the bank showing the refund. When I didn’t hear from him for 3 days. I reported him as a scam through PayPal…. What a hassle! 3 days later he wanted to talk…. Nope!

I flew in from out of state and needed a quick PPI for a Porsche Cayenne. Nick was accommodating and fit me into his shop's busy schedule, and the PPI was thorough despite having a shop full of cars awaiting attention (and some beautiful old Porsches). I felt much more confident buying a used 2013 Cayenne after the PPI, and drove home that night through 600 miles of rain and snow. Most appreciated.

I took my BMW 328i there two months ago because of a check engine light and rough ideal. And I had two other shops not able to fix the problem and Nick the owner called me the next day and said it's the crankcase gasket and l got a good deal knowing he also check the hole car for safety problems and did more than l expected and now two months later this car runs better than when I bought it and I want to thank his mechanic Mike and John there that did the good work. I just wish I took my BMW there first and I recommend this shop. Thanks Franks auto repair. Mike Medjed

They have an extremely clean and organized shop with excellent customer service from the front and back of the shop. I will be taking my Audi to Frank's for all my car repair needs. And most importantly, they give honest assessments and adequate repair costs. Thanks Frank's Automotive crew!

20k service. They were good, only complaint is they do not re-fill wiper fluid as part of standard service. Even Jiffy Lube does that, dealer definitely does, small item so I'll use them again.

Best ever!…. Customer service was great, they were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and attentive. It’s good to have a place like Franks to service my import as opposed to the dealerships, who are outrageous! (Pricing AND underwhelming customer care).

Called to get pricing for spark plug replacement, but lady refused to give an estimate. Instead ask me to schedule a full service appointment. Other shops give estimates, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a customer to ask for estimates. If more repairs are discovered that can always be mentioned later. Anyway, I’m sure they have good mechanics base on the reviews, just feel uncomfortable when a shop don’t want to give estimates. reply to response below: I never ask to complete a partial service or to reset my vehicle service indicator, that’s not true, please don’t make up things a customer never said. I just wanted a spark plug replacement estimate to compare to the MB dealership price, that's all. If you don't want to give out estimates, it's fine it's your right. I have no problem with that, just not comfortable with it. Anyway, hope you guys have a good day.

Frank's did a great job as always. My car suddenly decided to stop shifting into reverse. I called them and they got me in right away. While diagnosing the issue, they also determined my reverse lights weren't working. They quickly determined that it was a bad switch. Didn't charge me to reconnect the loose cable, and had me back on the road in a day. These guys know what they're doing and aren't out to gouge their customers.

I've been going to Frank's Auto for at least 4 years at this point and can't recommend them enough. I have a vintage Porsche and they really know their stuff when it comes to old German auto repair. They've always been spot-on with any diagnostic assessments, explaining all issues, and then complete work quickly. I've never had any issues with repairs coming back to haunt me either. They also bill very fairly! They have a good waiting room and value customer service. Nick, his team of mechanics, and of course Sharon at the front, always take very good care of me. Go check them out!

Spencer was my mechanic and his customer service is the reason why people have such a good experience. He's the reason why I'm coming back and why others will too. Spencer explained what was going on with my car and gave his honest opinion what he recommended so I didn't spend more then I needed. I will be back for regular maintenance and development a relationship with this shop because of Spencer.

They do a good job but they are very Expensive!!! I've never gotten out of there with out spending 1,400..they charge 150.00 just to look at the issue you might have & that doesnt include fixing it.

my experience was very positive. i only wish that nick would have been the one to test drive my car as i would have appreciated his golden ear listening to my engine and giving me his personal feedback . i appreciate his staffs prompt service and efforts but i still have a tick and no idea how to make it disappear. i do have confidence in their ability to service your car and were extremely cordial

Came here after having so many issues with another mechanic. Replacing expensive parts and not understanding simple diagnostics. Frank's fixed my car within 24 hours within a reasonable price. Take your German made cars here. Or any car for that matter. Great experience. Thanks dudes! Edit for update: My 2014 Passat Tdi ended up with a bad turbo. Before giving the go ahead to do the work i called VW to see if it was under warranty. It turns out it was! Any TDI from the dieselgate era (09-14) is open to full coverage for engine, turbo, and emissions system for 120000 miles or ten years (whichever comes first). VW is doing 30 hours worth of work to my car at no cost. That being said Frank's has been knowledgeable and reasonable throughout the whole process. I will be a return customer outside of my off chance warranty. Thanks Spencer and gang!
