Wanted to give a local small business a chance (And my dad a break from working on my car). Was unfortunately disappointed with the service. Needed a water pump replaced. It was replaced but bolts weren’t tightened correctly after so leak was not fixed. My dad ended up having to fix anyway. He let me know the thermostat was an issue but was going to overcharge on labor to fix it so we fixed ourselves. Good at diagnosing issues but would not recommend to fix. Luckily prices are low but you get what you pay for. $188 with tax to replace the water pump. We got parts ourselves because we could get them cheaper. Note: he won’t warranty the parts if you get them yourself (that was fine) but will blame the parts for the problem. In the picture you can see the leak from it not being attached properly. Aside from this, when fixing the water pump, he broke the belt trying to put it on and did not pay for the replacement.

I didn't want to leave a low star rating to express my tremendous disappointment in reaching out to this mechanic. Long story short, I will say the problem that I thought initially had turned out to be something else which he pointed out, after that my BS detector went off. Labor cost went up and a part I needed to fix the issue, I was able to find close to $80 cheaper than quoted by him. Additionally, I was charged $40 for a part in which he only paid $37 and change for. Why am I being upcharged for a part you didn't pay that much for?? It's the principle and not the price. Lastly, the customer service was absolutely horrendous and unprofessional throughout. I'll never reach out to this mechanic again. I do pray that he will learn from this post and grow. This post is my experience and observations and not a judgment.

I’m a little confused about these reviews on here. I’m slightly convinced that the reviews are from family and friends. 🤔 He was unprofessional in my opinion! I scheduled an appointment online and even confirmed my appointment. When I called him on the day of my appointment he didn’t even know that there had been an appointment scheduled. I went to see about an oil leak , but since my oil light wasn’t on are engine light wasn’t on he said there was nothing he could do. Told me to bring it back when those lights was on - negative. All he did was look under my hood, and didn’t even put the hood back down when he was done.

I found Fantz on goggle n he responded in mins. I told him my problem n he gave me a good price n got the job done in mins. He worked on my semi truck, which I'm so glad he was able to get me back Rolling. If, anyone needs some semi done n don't want to go pay the OTHER GUY'S a high amount of money. U can call him n he will get u together... thanks bro

This place is the most amazing mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect from a company. He worked with me and kept me informed of all the things that were happening and I never felt blindsided or in the dark. My vehicle was safe and fixed within days. He was truly a man sent from God to help me. I’d recommend him to anyone and if I ever need anything else in the future I will definitely reach out to him. Best Mechanic I've ever dealt with, came to me, went above and beyond, fixed my issue and more. Could not have asked for a better price. Works hours when other mechanics won't, prioritizes YOU. Without Frantz Mechanic I would've been stranded. With his work, I'm back on the road in 30 minutes, had a good conversation, all for less cost than a date night with the wife. Cannot say enough good about this business!

Great communication and was here when he said he was coming. Very accommodating and I’d trust him to do all the work on my vehicle. He replaced my transmission pan and showed me the process while doing the work. I definitely recommend !

I can’t say enough good things about Johnathon. I’m in KY for training and had issues with my brakes. I called him and he came out to my location within 30 minutes, replaced my brakes and had me up and running again 30 minutes later. All the while having a good chat and getting a refresher (it’s been a while since I have done brakes). I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find someone at 11:00 at night or it would cost me an arm and a leg. Johnathon’s price was more than reasonable. If I ever am back in his area and have issues again, I definitely know who I am calling. Thank you again Johnathon and God bless you.

I needed some maintenance work done ASAP my car was having a power surge issue and not starting randomly. I knew I had to find a mobile mechanic someone to trust it which is very hard these days, so I found Frantz mobile mechanic and just called right out and he discussed the issue with me, gave some possibilities along with being honest and upfront about being new to the business side of automotive maintenance. I'm an older guy so I know the highs and lows of trusting and having maintenance work done so long story short Frantz had to come after dark as the week has been scorching and I really appreciated him coming still, so he diagnosed several power issues and the recommendation for a replacement battery. So I use AutoZone for their strong warranties on parts and I got a replacement battery, Frantz was nice enough to install it no charge I'm back on the road now more hassles with taxis and Lyft services it's a huge headache not being able to drive your own car. So I definitely recommend this guy for auto maintenance and a trustworthy job, don't throw money at anyone if you can't trust them I've got more maintenance work ahead and I'm calling Frantz he's Worth that call👍

My car had erratic stalling issues and it wasn't safe to drive it to a mechanic to have the issue resolved. On a recommendation, I called Frantz, and he made time during his busy schedule to visit my home and diagnose the problem. He was able to get it fixed the next day, and even gave me some maintenance advice, all for a decent price. I was treated with dignity and respect despite my clear lack of knowledge of cars. I cannot recommend Frantz enough.
