I went in to have my 2019 Nissan Rouge serviced because I experience the scare of my life. My car came to a complete stop on the highway as I was driving. Luckily no one was behind me nor in front of me or I could have had an accident. So I went there and the mechanic couldn't seem to find nothing wrong as he clean the front part of the car where the sensor box was located. He explained that sometimes the sensor can react when it thinks something is in front of the car. He was going to put a new sensor on it but the warranty Fred Anderson sold me didn't cover it which I think was bogus! I am going to file a complaint with the NHTSA because I'm thinking this is a safety issue and it could cause a terrible accident if traveling on a busy hwy like I-40 or 95 they didn't seem to care it was on me. I'm hoping this issue will soon be resolve I've only had the car for 2 months. I went to this company because I heard it had a good reputation for selling good reliable cars.

Part of the service done was rotating the tires and driving in and out of the shop. Big yellow looking tire glowing in the top center of the instrument panel. No air was put in the tires low due cold snap last week. Still like the place

Today was my first time at Fred Anderson Nissan. I had an appointment for an oil change this morning and I was in and out! I wasn’t even there for more than 1 hour. Great experience and this will definitely be where I will be getting my car serviced from now on!

Highly disappointed. They would not honor a previously replaced part, because I was 280 miles over a so called 13,000 mile warranty on the part. Their repair cost was overpriced; I droved an hour to 'Nissan of Rocky Mount' and got the repair done for nearly half the price. I'm informed NoR of the of price before leaving and instead of trying to keep my business (even after dropping over $10K earlier this year on a transmission) they were like 'well good luck and that will be $180 for the diagnosis fee'. I'm not planning to ever step foot in Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh again!

I took my new Nissan Rogue to them for first service (Oil change and tire rotation) and came back with multiple spots on hood which might have been caused by something in their workshop. Initially they promised to fix it, but when I took car to them, they failed and starting blaming me for the issue. Overall very bad experience. Update: I had already brought my car on 1st and wasted 4 hours of my time at your service center and your team was not able to fix. Please check with your team and give me a call if you have any solution to fix it.

I want to commend Clarence and Michael for the awesome customer service about three weeks ago. My daughter was searching for a new car and we visited several dealerships before we stop at the Nissan dealership. Clarence was friendly, patient and helpful. My daughter actually smiled after test driving a few cars and liked the Altima, sha wasn't fond of the color. She waa in liove with the dark blue Altima and Clarence went through great length to get her what she wanted. Thank you for the team at Fred Andersom Nissan for making our visit worth while. When I decide to upgrade my Altima this dealership will be my first visit. Thanks for the amazing customer service.
