I am not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, but Freddy, the owner of this establishment is very dishonest. He is very attentive and smiles but he will overcharge you for work done and rip you off if do not watch it. I made the mistake of taking two tires to have them mounted and balanced on my car. Most places charge $15-20, so I did not bother to even ask him before he did the job. When I asked for the bill, he had charged $40 per tire and I could not do anything about it. I would never go to him ever again.

Take your business anywhere but here. June of 2023 I had my battery replaced at Freddy's Auto as my truck had issues starting up. After I got a new battery, my truck continued to have issues starting up, but not as often so I figured the issue was something besides the battery since I paid for a brand new $250 battery from Freddy's Auto. Well now it is July of 2024 and after having my vehicle serviced by another company they checked the battery and showed that it was defective. I went back to Freddy's immediately hoping that they would have some integrity and replace the battery that I bought from them 12.5 months ago. Not only did they refuse vehemently, but they acted extremely defensive and developed an attitude over me stating the aforementioned facts about my battery issues. One of the employees told me, "Nothing in life is promised, you could die tomorrow, there's no guarantees in life". What in the world does that have to do with my current battery issue? Ironically, my truck wouldn't start due to the battery issue as I tried to leave and they at least jump started my vehicle for me, so thanks for that I guess. I tried supporting this small business and hoping for integrity within a company that lives off of reputation, but this company and its employees are a lost cause.

This place are a ripoff, they overcharge me on a rear brake job, they charge to replace the rear wheel cylinder and also charge to replace the shoes when they have to take apart in order to reach the cylinder and also I went a different day to mount a tire and the guy on the front just because I brought the tire he wanted over charge me. My recommendation avoid this place

Unethical place. DO NOT COME HERE. My 72 year old mom's tire went flat and I couldn't patch it. We brought it here and they had a slightly smaller size for $45 as a temporary fix. I agreed and paid and gave the tech a tip. When i returned to check on the tire, the tech told me the replacement is bad and I need a new one. He gets a new tire of the correct size and starts to replace it. He doesn't tell me the cost and before I know it, the new tire is on the car. I ask him the price and he yells for someone else but no one shows up. Then he tells me it's $135 plus tax and other shop fees. I check the tire brand and see the same tire for $80. I ask the second guy why I assume is the owner for a discount and he berates me asking me why I didn't ask for the price before. I'm the client and the tech didn't tell me the price. We argue for a while and he tells me he rather take the tire back than give me a discount on an $80 tire that he's charging $135 for. We finally agree on $120. Pure bait and switch knowing we needed a replacement. Avoid this place. UPDATE: I did not check ebay, sir. I checked average price for the tire. A cheap tire. You're missing the point here. Why did your tech sell me a used tire first and then he switched it for a new tire? On top of that, it is the shop's responsibility to inform the client PRIOR to any additional work that will cost more than the agreed amount. Your establishment failed to do that. You are unethical and take advantage of people.

I brought my car for repair (another person was trying to repair it for three weeks and couldn’t) and here it was repaired in little more than 2 hours. Great service!!

I paid around 700$ for brakepad change and i think they didn’t change any of it. I am not going back and asking because its been longer than a year, i will never go back.

Absolutely amazing family owned business ! I came in with a mechanical emergency not only were they able to help me really fast they had the most upmost professionalism in taking care of my problems. Very hard to find in Miami period, thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me out ! I would recommend this place to anybody who needs auto repairs or tire help. These are the guys you want. Amazing prices amazing service can’t say enough good things

Freddy cuando me ha atendido es excelente, obviamente por ser el dueño, sin embargo, que desagradable cuando fui y el estuvo de viaje me sentí estafado y mal tratado prefiero omitir comentarios para no ofender y no pagar con la misma moneda porque el negocio debería funcionar igual con o sin el dueño presente pero hoy digo que decepción. Mal servicio e irrespeto al cliente deja inconformidad con respuestas a preguntas que deberían al menos por razones obvias uno como cliente desearía le respondieran de manera justa y amable. Cero (0) en servicio y calidad al cliente y (5) en el prepotencia e irrespeto!

I had a problem with leaking coolant they were very cooperative and fixed it. I went back 2 times because there were some issues but they were very helpful and welcoming. Very good customer service. They didnt try to rush me or anything, took their time and explained the problem to me clearly. I'll be going there with any problem.

La peor experiencia la he tenido en este lugar, 7-29-2023, en horas de la mañana que vergüenza, hace unos días fui y me diagnosticaron el compresor de A/C de mi carro, Al cabo de los días regreso y me quisieron diagnosticar y cobrar de nuevo, me dirijo a un señor llamado Erik (creo que hijo del dueño no estoy seguro) le explico que ya sabia lo que tenia el carro y que era cambio de compresor, me tuvo esperando casi 3 horas y me dirijo a él nuevamente y de una forma muy grosera y con gestos ofensivos me falto al respeto tildandome de loco y bruto además de otras groserías ,le exigí respeto y me tiró las llaves de mi auto botandome del lugar, mostrando su mala educación y poca profesionalidad,lo pueden corroborar con sus cámaras, así no se trata a ningún cliente ,les di 1 estrella pata poder publicar mi opinión pero en realidad no la merecen, si no quiere usted ser maltratado no visite ese lugar, no lo recomiendo.

Tuve una mala experiencia en este lugar, era mi taller de confianza desde hace dos años, recomendé este lugar a mi familia entera y todos llevan sus autos a este sitio; sin embargo la semana pasada llevé mi carro para un cambio de aceite rutinario y revisar un pequeño ruido en la parte delantera derecha, después de una revisión por parte del mecánico diagnóstico el cambio de barras estabilizadoras de los dos lados y tijeras ( control arm right and left) con un costo supuerior a los 1200 dólares incluyendo mano de obra. Regrese al día siguiente por mi auto y el ruido persistía, de manera amable hice saber al mecánico que el problema no fue resuelto, hablé luego con el encargado del lugar quien me comunico con el señor Freddy al que le manifesté el inconveniente y le hice saber que a mi parecer todo esto se debía a un MAL DIAGNÓSTICO por parte del mecánico. Volvieron a revisar el carro y concluyeron que el causante del ruido era un eje en el costado derecho delantero, el señor freddy asumió el costo del cambio de este eje, aunque ya en este punto la actitud por parte de el ya era ruda y de descontento sin desmeritar que me hizo saber que después de esto nunca volviera a su taller; en fin, deje mi carro para el cambio de este eje y por fin solucionar el problema, pase al otro día por el, lo recogí y después de 1200 dólares gastados y un eje que asumió don Freddy EL RUIDO SIGUE, ahora debo volver a pagar pagar que alguien mas me diagnostique el problema en otro lugar ya que de allí prácticamente fui hecha do “por abusar de las garantías”. En conclusión: ME FUI DECEPCIONADO Y SORPRENDIDO POR TODO LO SUCEDIDO, NO NECESITO !!! QUE ME OBSEQUIEN LOS ARREGLOS, PUEDO PAGAR POR ELLOS!! PERO TAMBIÉN DEBEN RECONOCER EL*MAL DIAGNÓSTICO* QUE REALIZARON, ES ILÓGICO QUE DESPUÉS DE TODO ESTO AÚN SIGA CON EL PROBLEMA.
