Drop my 2016 Ford explorer off for a water pump replacement, from what I understand it’s a pretty major repair because they have to open up the timing chain covers. The price was very fair and Nacho did a very good job. I will def will return! Thanks again!

Great, quick service and everyone is very kind. It was fast even though I didn’t have an appointment. Had brake fluid change and oil change (brought my own engine oil)

Company replaced spark plugs claiming misfires and messed up on installation now my car is not driveable and it was working fine up until the service very disappointed in the quality of work. Now I’m stuck on the side of the road and can’t get to work.

I brought my car in with a dead battery via tow for them to charge $60 to tell me my battery was dead. Quoting different prices every time I called in . If you’re a woman they will attempt to upcharge you with no actual identification of the mechanical issue . Call a man you trust before even entering the terrible shop

MI EXPERIENCIA Necesitaba hacer arreglos para pasar el test del humo. El mecánico me dijo: que me cobraría 100 por colocar el scanner, le dije que si. Al final termino cobrando 250, porque cambio un termostato y según había Hecho "REPARACIONES POR MONTONES" Segun coloco en la factura. Por otra parte, me sugirió cambiar el muffler y que se la llevará de nuevo en 2 días. Realice este cambio (150$ más), y se la lleve. Pero la falla continuaba. Me recomendaba seguir con otra reparación por unos 300$ y no me aseguraba nada poder solucionar. \o/ Saquen ustedes sus propias conclusiones en cuanto al precio, servicio y respuesta del mecánico que por cierto para cobrar es bien tajante. Para solucionar no tanto. Espero tengan mejor experiencia que yo.

This will be my new shop to go to. Thanks Nacho, you did an amazing job on my clutch. My car drives so well. When I picked up my car, the mechanic showed me the old parts, confirming the job was really done. That, to me, means this shop is honest and trustworthy. I'm totally happy with the repairs.

DO NOT COME HERE. THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND JUST WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I GOT BRAKES PUT ON AND THEY ARE CREAKING AND SQUEAKING VERY LOUD AND WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK HE WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID HE DOES NOT WANT TO HELP AND THAT I HAVE NO WARRANTY. DO NOT COME HERE

If I could give it a 0 I would!!! This place is trash!!! I took my car there just to get a tune up they said it was 550 but it was going to take 3 hours so I left then they called me to tell me I needed brakes and rotors for $700 more thats $1250 I told them I didn't want that service rn they said okaycalled me back 30 minutes later saying my car wasn't turning on!!! How?!! I drove it to them!! Tragic now I have to go pay dealer to figure put why my computer isn't reading my key!!🤬🤬🤬

Solid pricing, they have gently used and new tires. They can patch and balance your tires. Staff is very friendly, if you speak Spanish it's a plus 👍. Try to have cash on hand for simple transaction. Mechanic can perform smoke out test if you ever have any emission issues

Wonderful service, my car died and I thought it was the battery they quickly diagnosed it and told me I would need my alternator replaced. they told me they would have it done that night and i could pick it up in the morning. I’m not from Milwaukee and was staying at a hotel, they offered a ride and even a ride the next day. My car was fixed in less than 24 hrs. And, on a weekend! Love this shop 10/10 i will go here anytime i have problems. Very friendly people!
